Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Annexe Field) Aug 2023 Easy to find with the directions from the website. The annex field was well maintained and the portable toilets were spotless.
Break to see Robin Hood....he's good, didn't see him :(
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Annexe Field) Aug 2023 Great place, we stayed in a large tent within the annexe area. Good for dogs (in the annex area) seemed like the other area was a dog free zone, but don't quote me. 2 portaloos in the annexe area, BUT, access to 2 proper WCs and 2 showers. Everyone seemed to be enjoying themselves, relaxed atmosphere & chilled. 30 mins by car or so from Sherwood Forest. The hosts were accommodating and helpful/present. Fully recommend.
Enjoyable short break away
Shepherd's Hut - Romany Caravan Aug 2023 The Romany caravan was cosy and well equipped. Lovely peaceful and clean campsite. Owner friendly. Had a lovely short break away.
Lovely, quiet campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2023 A lovely campsite, quiet and hidden in the countryside.
Perfect for relaxing and star gazing. Great location- small drive from the town centre and great attractions like Sherwood Forest.
The owners were friendly and accommodating.
Fire pits are dotted around the campsite and you can buy enough wood for a night's fire from the owners. Perfect for us.
Lovely little site
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 We had a lovely short stay at this campsite. There's a relaxed feeling on the site and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The facilities were clean and tidy. We would definitely stay again. The barrow of wood for a fire and complimentary marshmallows was a real hit with the kids.
