About the site
The ideal location for keen walkers or those looking to escape to the glorious Scottish countryside. Situated along the West Highland Way route, surrounded by picturesque lochs, just five minutes from Loch Lomond, it is the perfect spot for exploring via foot, bike or car. Tents, campervans and motorhomes are welcome across the site's 60 non electric grass pitches, spread across the three different camping areas. Pitches are spacious, allowing up to six guests each. Due to the site's small entrance bridge which is only 8ft wide, tourers must be under three tonnes or under. For those who don't want to bring their accommodation with them, the site also has six hiker pods available. Equipped with camp beds and radiators to keep you cosy on those cooler nights, the pods are ideal for a great night's sleep without having to pitch your tent. Please note, bed linen is not provided though it can be hired from the site. If you are wanting to cook something up, the site has a communal camper kitchen, great for meeting other campers or making your morning coffee. The onsite bar and restaurant is also perfect for food and drinks with live music throughout the summer to enhance your stay and celebrate the wonderful Scottish culture! Four-legged friends are also welcome to join you for your stay, though they must remain on the lead. The site also offers a range of ensuite rooms within chalet blocks.
