Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 An absolutely fantastic site, glad to be back everyone was so friendly and Jo is such a great owner. I highly recommend this site, it was lovely and clean with great coffee.
Lovely, quiet, clean site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Just returned from staying here for the Bank Holiday weekend and will be returning. Nice clean facilities, fully committed owner, always on site making sure things are running as they should. Small playground at the centre of the site ensuring that parents can always see their child whichever camping bay they are in. Fifteen minute walk to Lancing beach.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Stayed here for 2 nights. Great location for exploring the south coast. 15 minute walk to the beach.
Site so well laid out. Pitches well spaced.
Facilities were excellent and kept very clean.
Will return when next in the area.
Lovely site
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 We had a lovely stay here. It's not a huge site but the way the pitches are laid out makes it feel very spacious. We had a couple of issues (that were our fault) that the site manager helped us out with. Great location for going into Brighton. Only given facilities four stars as only two toilets and showers in the ladies meant a couple of queues.
We will come back to this site again.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Lovely little site, quiet area but only 10 min walk to the beach of Lancing and the high street. I stayed an extra night because I liked it so much. Joe is super friendly and helpful, I will definitely be back.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Lovely site in a really handy location. Near the beach but tucked away so although it’s right on the edge of the town and housing you wouldn’t know it. Easy communication and no problem with a slightly later arrival which was really helpful. We will definitely stay again next time we’re visiting.
Excellent site really convenient for visiting nearby resorts
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Lovely site, very quiet, with large with pitches around the edge with a play area and full size football goal in the centre. A short walk to either a bus stop (Stagecoach 700 service) or the railway station gets you to Brighton. Takeaways in Lancing will deliver to the site. Site owner/manager Joe was very friendly, facilities clean with good, hot showers. Fresh water, waste bins/recycling, Elsan point and grey water disposal easily accessible, although no drive over grey waste. We would definitely book this site again if visiting the area.
A well thought out and looked after campsite VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches May 2024 Great site, poor weather Bank Holiday but the ground held up well. A good location and nice shower block. The site is laid out well to leave a good space for games etc.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2023 Nice park with plenty of space and in a convenient location - close to town, Lancing station and beach. Nice hot showers, but toilet paper not re-stocked enough - and the lights went out while I was in the toilet one evening! Expect it would be great for families, but we stayed in term-time so it was nice and quiet.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Oct 2023 Perfect to walk to Lancing and Worthing along the sea front. Friendly owner. The showers and toilets were cleaned daily. However, with only 2 ladies loos, I expect there's quite a queue in peak season!

This is a no frills affordable campsite, perfect for camping near Brighton for city/camping weekends. Perfect. Thank you, we'll come back again.
Great little site
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 Stayed in our tent for three nights. Friendly staff, toilets and showers clean and nice hot water. Small bar was nice for a hot drink or beer etc. Would recommend.
