Brilliant Campsite!
Large Tent - By the Beck Non Electric Grass Pitches (Private Facilities) Jul 2026 Perfect camp site! My friends and I stayed here for two nights and had a great time! The site is nice and spacious and the site owner is friendly and very helpful! I would definitely return and recommend to others.

Bell Tent at Puddlemire
Bell Tent - Alder's Edge Bell Tents Jul 2026 Lovely site and great host. Bell Tent by the stream is exactly as the photos show, including chairs, camping table, bench, firepit etc. Perfect for a peaceful get away sitting by a camp fire and the stream. .Can get cold at night so worth taking a sleeping bag if using the two smaller camper beds, double bed is fine without sleeping bags
Toilets are clean, showers decent, dishwashing facilities good, host is available if you need anything twice a day, morning and afternoon. Really nice stay and the site is car free at pitches so ideal if you have young children. Couldnt ask for more for a peaceful few nights glamping/camping

Fantastic stay
Bell Tent - Alder's Edge Bell Tents Jul 2026 We had the most amazing stay at Puddlemire Camping. We hired one of the bell tents in the most perfect location out the way peace of quiet so relaxing. But not far to travel to some beautiful spots. The children loved playing in the beck just down from the tent while we watched and enjoyed a lovely drink in the sunshine. Tent was set up perfectly lots of spare blankets and towels. You have your own compost toilet and shower which was great always clean and tidy. Shower was lovely and hot. An area to wash up your dishes etc and dispose of your rubbish. Fantastic fire pit which we used for the few days to cook on so we didn’t need the gas stove we took.
We will most definitely return and highly recommend for a relaxing stay and plenty of space. Thank you to Shirley the owner for making it perfect for our arrival and keeping everything g clean and tidy.
