Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jun 2024 A stunning gem of a place! Great location with decent size pitches. The facilities were awesome too! Would highly recommend.

Absolute bliss
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric May 2024 We had the best Bank Holiday staying here! The campsite was quiet and well maintained, only a 10 min walk to the beach and 10 mins into the town for food and drinks! Would definitely return, thank you.

Excellent campsite
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Apr 2024 We arrived at the campsite and were given the choice of any available pitch we fancied, which was fantastic.
The site had good shower blocks which were clean and fully equipped with hairdryers and even straighteners. There is the free use of freezers if required. There are washing lines that are handy if you are surfers and need to dry your wet suit.
We asked to pay for a later checkout, but were told we could stay until lunch without any extra cost as the site was quiet.
The beach is within a 10 min walk, also a couple of pubs and cafes within a 5 min walk.
All in all, a really enjoyable stay, would definitely be returning and recommending to friends and family.

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Mar 2024 Absolutely no complaints. Greeting was friendly and professional. Facilities were clean, water was hot. Site was managed well and I really liked the no music policy, meaning there were no late night parties disturbing other campers.

Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Great location, make sure you pack a body board, and lunch for the beach. Not many places to eat or drink by the seafront.
Book the Blue Groove pub in advance, great food and very busy.
This campsite is ideally placed , walking distance to a great beach and pub. Clean and the bins are cleaned regularly too. Would book again.
Lovely site
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Lovely campsite. A small cycle down to the beach. Close to amenities from the village stores. Pitch was flat and easy to erect the tent. Electric for charging the car was really useful. Hairdryers in the changing rooms was a nice touch. The boys made friends and the lack of evening entertainment was perfect for our family.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 This campsite was 10 min walk to the beach & 5 min walk to the pubs! It was a safe walk along a sidewalk. The campsite was clean, the toilet block was constantly being checked and cleaned. The woman's toilet had plugs & hairdryers and extra space for mirrors! Great touch!! The site felt friendly and safe, I will defo return!

Lovely little campsite
Medium Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Lovely little campsite, very clean. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the toilets and showers. Easy access to EHU and perfect location to the beach, literally a 5/10 minute walk. The site has a no music policy which suited us as we were after a peaceful and relaxing break and that is exactly what we had.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2023 We would definitely stay again. The site had everything we hoped for and the stuff we did not realise we would need! Awesome location between the beach and village centre. It had a relaxed vibe and was quiet during the night so we could sleep. Thanks to all the friendly staff :-)
Brilliant site

Great location to the village with shops and pubs on your doorstep. 10 minute walk to the beautiful Croyde beach and 40 mins over the hills to Putsborough beach.
Lovely views over the hills from the top of the campsite. Nice safe feel.

Devon and Cornwall grand tour 2023

Arrived later than planned due to traffic but the site was very accommodating.
Ideal location with both Croyde centre just around the corner and the beach about a 20 minute walk.
Great facilities and would highly recommend.
Lovely little campsite
Motorhome - Hardstanding Motorhome Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2023 Croyde Bay is a lovely little campsite. Simple yet effective amenities, free showers, clean toilets good well laid out wash area. Staff were nice and friendly on arrival.
The pitch was good for the motorhome, with electric hook up and water point.
There was free Wi-Fi, but often found it to be without Internet access. Small downside could not get digital TV reception. Croyde itself was nice, even if the weather was against us, with heavy rain and wind. Will definitely look to revisit in the future.

Excellent location and site
Large Tent - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Jul 2023 The site is in a great location. 5 mins to Croyde Beach and a short walk to the lively pubs and restaurants in Croyde itself. The site is very well run by Stu and his family. They were all very helpful and worked hard to keep the site clean and tidy. It is a quiet site, so great for families or those who want a more relaxing stay.
Toilets and showers were always clean and well stocked. Only minor issue was that the showers and toilets got busy when the site was busy. There was always hot water for showers and for pot washing and a drying area provided for wetsuits etc.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Very clean and good location with good on site facilities including very clean showers and toilets.
The location is within 15 minutes of the beach and easily walkable with a board. Being surrounded by trees gives it good shelter from wind. There are good facilities including Wi-Fi and recharging as well as drying area for wet suits.
A very well planned and run site. We will definitely go again and recommend.
