Halfway House 5 Pitch Caravan Park is a secluded adult-only site set just outside of Louth, known as the gateway to the Lincolnshire Wolds. The site offers a total of five electric touring pitches spread across four acres, ensuring maximum peace and quiet for guests. With Lincolnshire's sandy coastline 15 minutes to the East and the Wolds National Landscape ten minutes to the West, it's a great base for exploring the region.
About the site
If you're after a quiet, back-to-basics touring experience with quick access to the coast and a rich network of national walking trails, this adult-only and dog-friendly site ticks all boxes. The site is nestled just outside of Louth, a historic market town boasting independent shops, vibrant bars and regular markets. The site offers five grass touring pitches with optional electric hookup, suitable for campervans, caravans and motorhomes. Please note that the site provides toilets but has no shower facilities. If you start getting itchy feet, there's plenty to entertain you in the surrounding area. Directly beside Louth, you'll find the Lincolnshire Wolds National Landscape, perfect for an active hiking adventure. You're also a mere 15 minutes from the sandy beaches of Lincolnshire coast and seaside towns like Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Sutton-on-Sea. Further afield, you can reach Lincoln and Skegness within 40 minutes. Well behaved dogs are welcome onsite and can enjoy exploring the dog walk area and surrounding meadow. No campfires, sorry!
