Single Axle Caravan - Grass Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 A well laid out (non-regimental) site . Trees helping to break up the landscape. Peaceful occasional road noise (not too loud) and easily adjusted to. Toilets and showers clean queuing at peak times. First impressions of entrance soon dispelled once on site.
Short stay in lovely campsite
Single Axle Caravan - Adult Only Hardstanding Pitches with Optional Electric Aug 2023 Immaculate, well-organised campsite. Lovely welcome from host. Quiet campsite overall. We were in adults only section.
There is a section for families with a playground, but that was quiet too considering it was the school holidays. Access to camp closed at 10.30 pm, which is quiet time.
Nice spaced-out pitches. Both hardstanding and grass are available. New and spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Cafe on site which we didn't use. There is a lounge area in the cafe, useful for those in tents if the weather is bad. Ice packs and a fridge available also. Small dog walking area with plenty of dog bins.
Overall a pleasant stay in lovely weather.
