This is an excellent site, very quiet and the showers and toilets were spotless. If you're into fishing, there's a massive lake, a bar at reception which is club prices not pub prices, and you're not far from Hunstanton and Cromer. The owners are really nice people and I would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future,. Overall, 5 stars from me.

Lovely site, run by such friendly people that include Mark and his family. Toilet block very smart and great showers. Did not use the fishing lake, but plenty of wildlife on it to watch. A great, peaceful couple of days.

A lovely peaceful stay where we were a drive away to local pubs and 25 mins to the coastline! A shame about the mosquitos but that can't be helped. Mark and his family were very helpful and the facilities were very clean. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great site, easy to find. Mark the owner is super friendly, very approachable, will help you find a pitch and explains everything well. Quiet site, due to fishing lakes, which suited us well. Shower/loo blocks spotlessly clean and good temperature range and powerful shower. Would definitely visit again x

We stayed here for 5 nights over the August bank holiday. We found the owners were very pleasant. The fishing was great with some nice fish caught. The shower and toilet block were kept very clean, and you could adjust the water temp. No children, although with all those geese it felt like a children's play area at times. The toilet waste could have been a little closer, nevermind. Had a great time.
Best site we've stayed at!

We thoroughly recommend this site. We were made welcome on arrival and introduced by name. We felt like their guests. The site is tranquil with nice sized private plots. The facilities were kept immaculately clean. Lovely to sit and watch the ducks and geese who completely ignore you. Fishing for my partner was good. He caught about 12 fish and said sweetcorn was the best bait, despite taking various choices! Give it a try! You won't be disappointed!

Very nice friendly and helpful owners, good clean facilities, great field for dog walking. We weren't fishing, but we did see plenty of fish being caught, some beautiful carp. Easy access to bus services to Hunstanton and Kings Lynn, but it's quite a limited service.

Can't fault the place, the shower blocks are absolutely spotless. The site is great, electricity is on a card so you pay for what you use and the fishing is great, we will definitely be back.

A lovely, warm and friendly welcome, which is much appreciated after a long drive. The lake was beautiful and had lots of friendly ducks and geese. Our dog loved the walks around the lake and the field allocated for dog exercise. The amenities were very clean - great showers. On site there were three shower blocks, which is always an advantage. I would recommend this park to anyone who wants to visit the area and that includes people who don't fish. Thank you to the staff for their help.

Welcomed on arrival by the owner. Taken to the pitch and advised where the shower and toilet blocks were. Explained how to operate the electric meter card. The site fertilises are all very clean and modern. The fishing lake is well stocked and there are plenty of pegs. Explained to the owner that I wanted to fish so he gave us a pitch next to the lake. We will be returning, very peaceful, very clean and very friendly.

Terrific couple of nights. Our first time in the caravan and so glad we went to Gatton Waters as they were very helpful and polite. Even took the trouble to explain a cross country walking route to Castle Rising, which was a great 6-7 mile walk. Will definitely return!

Excellent site but we felt that the electric hook up was a bit steep - £13.60 for a 4 night stop. We were surprised as we were out most days, no heating just boiling the kettle and toast.
An extremely quiet and restful site

We were given a friendly and welcoming greeting on arrival. The site was extremely quiet & peaceful. We had a lakeside pitch & it was lovely to watch the ducks & geese around the lake. A variety in positions of pitches, which would suit a variety of different choices- view of lake or corn fields! The toilet/shower/washing-up facilities were dotted around the site. It was clear they had been newly refurbished. The water was very hot & the showers were great. Would recommend.

Peaceful and quiet. Caravan pitches around the picturesque lake. New showers and toilet blocks were very clean and worked well. Mark the owner was very helpful and let us choose where to site our van. Dog friendly with a separate play field. Lacked phone signal.

We had a fantastic time at Gatton Waters campsite. Very spacious site. Beautiful location with great wildlife on site and lots of places nearby to explore. Highlight was definitely Titchwell Marsh RSPB where we saw marsh harriers, hundreds of avocets at very close proximity and black backed godwits, and other more common birds, of course. Shower block was clean and warm. Dog exercise area was great for our dog who prefers to run around off the lead. Highly recommend.
