About the site

This established adults only site for the more mature and discerning guest is set close to the RSPB wetlands with easy access to the attractions of Anglesey and North Wales. The tranquil smallholding looks out towards Holyhead Mountain and provides a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere and a great location for exploring and adventure. Motorhomes, campervans and smaller caravans can enjoy on one of the five large (9m x 6m) gravel hardstandings with electric and water on the pitch, which also have an additional private grassed area sheltered by willow hedging. Set in an area known as The Rabbit Warren, there are four large and private foot access, grass and bark camping pitches that consist of an area of thick bark chippings where you can pitch your tent so you'll never have to camp on mud again. Lined with willow, hedging, wildflowers and accessed by an individual living archway provides a luxurious country feel. In addition to this each bark pitch has a private grassed area for lazing in the sun. There are also six large, foot access grass camping pitches in Cae Helyg (Willow Field). These are for tents only and have their own individual access paths so guests will never have to worry about being too close to other campers. One of the pitches on the Cae Helyg field has an electric hook up point and a picnic table and the rest are traditional off grid. Each pitch has it's own gravel area for firepits and BBQs so that guests can enjoy some alfresco dining. Guests will also find a picnic table on each pitch. Bara Brith (welsh tea loaf) made from a traditional recipe is also available to order from the five star hygiene rated onsite kitchen. Please note that all camping pitches have a one car per pitch policy, pitches do not have room for trailers, boats, jet skis etc. Well behaved dogs are welcome onsite with a maximum of two per pitch. Please ensure your four legged friends are kept on a lead. Dogs listed in the Dangerous Dogs Act are not permitted.

Mulberry's Farm is open from 01/06 to 31/10 in 2026 and from 01/03 to 31/10 in 2027. Stay from £30/night for 2 people (2-night minimum).

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Rabbit Warren Area, Foot Access Only)Apr 2024

I can not recommend enough! Beautifully presented campsite and Gill the owner was so welcoming and lovely. The campsite itself has fantastic facilities, with a private toilet and shower blocks which were clean and warm. The wheelbarrows are provided for tent users to take their things to the pitches which are wonderfully set out. We were staying on an electric hook-up pitch which was massive! You could easily get a 6-8, possibly even bigger man tent in one pitch, with a grassy area to relax in, benches and fire pit Honestly, I can not fault anything with this site and I can't wait to go back!

Amazing campsite

Large Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitch (Cae Helyg Area, Foot Access Only)Sep 2023

This is camping on another level. A beautiful site with fantastic pitches. It does exactly what it says on the tin - quiet, peaceful & very relaxing. The site owners are lovely and their campsite is second to none, indeed I would say unique. If you are looking to get away to recharge your batteries or you just want somewhere to completely chill, then look no further. It's located in a quiet position but you still have easy access to everywhere on the island. The shower facilities are very clean and well maintained. There is a little info shed complete with a freezer and charging ports, should you wish to use them, and homemade Bara brith and eggs, not to mention logs, kindling & marshmallows to toast. We will definitely return, but I'm not sure I would recommend the site to anyone else, simply because I don't want it to get fully booked so we can't get in!! Joking aside, yes I recommend it 100%. Thank you for a lovely holiday. See you next year.

A note from the site themselves...

Mulberry's Farm prides itself on being a small and exclusive adult only campsite site, designed to give our guests a relaxing break from the stresses of day to day life. Sustainability is at the heart of what the team do and the site is also visited by foxes, migrating geese, pheasants, buzzards, finches and rabbits.

There's a squirrel nesting box, so you may be lucky enough to spot a red squirrel! We love well behaved pets (all dogs must be kept on a lead) too and have even welcomed parrots to the farm. We look forward to meeting you soon!
