Street Head Caravan Park is ideally located in the Yorkshire Dales close to the Aysgarth Falls. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to pitch while taking in all that the Yorkshire Dales has to offer. There are a range of pitches for caravans, motorhomes, campervans and tents, as well as seasonal touring caravan and static caravan holiday home pitches. Dogs welcome.

Never stayed here before but will definitely be back. Pitches were a good size and flat. Quiet location, good toilet/shower block facilities. Great location to Leyburn and Hawes which was where we planned to visit.. Owner welcomed you in person that I thought was a great touch and helpfully also moved our friends pitch to nearer ours as we completely forgot to request this on booking...doh! Also booked a table at the Street Head Inn which is just above the site. Great atmosphere and excellent food, plus a decent price too!

Great site! Very friendly and accommodating owners. The local pub is a great addition. We camped with two children and two dogs and the site had everything we needed. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay here, the surroundings are stunning. Mel was on hand to give advice on walks we could do from the site with our dogs. We enjoyed a good walk to Aysgarth Falls, though thanks to Mel we detoured through West Burton on our way back. Such a pretty village and Cauldron Falls were stunning. Our pitch was a good size and bonus, for us, fire pits are allowed. You are next to a road but it's not a busy one so noise, especially at night, was not an issue for us. We also dined at the pub next door, good food. Knocked a star off for the facilities as didn't seem to be heated, used to underfloor heating, they were very cold for us soft Southerners. Shower itself was hot and a good pressure, hairdryer was good too.

Great little site with nice clean facilities - excellent showers. Good size level pitch. Nice and handy too for the Street Head Inn and the lovely walks in the surrounding countryside. Mel (the owner) was very helpful both before and during our stay.

A lovely, quiet little site with nice and clean facilities. Potentially could do with a small site shop for essentials as it's a good drive to local villages for shops. Unfortunately, the tv and radio signals are very poor in the area, so be prepared to be off grid. Facilities were lovely and clean but very cold and not appealing to get undressed and showered. The pub next door was a great added bonus which is a different entity but very handy. However, does get booked up very fast, so book in advance if you require a table to dine. All in all, a lovely little site in beautiful surrounding countryside with things to do in the area.

A great site in a fantastic location, the scenery is beautiful. The standard and cleanliness of the toilet, shower facilities were second to none. Nice friendly welcome on arrival by the owner and a great pub at the entrance, what more could you want. The pitches were a little tired and the electric hook up was some distance, so long a cable is recommended. Saying that it was a lovely peaceful site, well worth another visit.

Great location with superb pub meal available at adjacent pub. Only criticism is that the size of the shower head is too small, resulting in the water battering your body.

Lovely secluded spot with amazing views. We camped with a 4 year old and a 5 year old. There is no playground, however they were happy just pootling around and looking at the views and animals. The toilets, showers and washing up facilities are modern, clean and the best I have visited for some time. We shall certainly be returning!

We loved our stay here and what a great place it is. The owners are very friendly, communication was fab and they have done a great job with pitch allocation. Everything was clean and tidy but if we were to complain about anything, then it would just be the smell from the drains by the toilets, particularly in a morning. However, I know that this is something which probably can't be helped and it wouldn't stop us coming back again. Loved it. Our little boy didn't want to leave 🥰 xx

A lovely location in the heart of the dales. Beautiful views and the campsite was perfect, you get your own spot, which was nice and flat. We upgraded to a large tent, there was plenty of room for the tent and car. Plus, each pitch has an electric hook up if required. The showers are hot, clean and free. The washing up area was also spotless and very friendly. We were given a lovely greeting by the owner, also there is a very nice pub with fabulous food and amazing staff. A great site and highly recommend

Good pitch and great wash facilities. Washing up area with masses of very hot water - and fridge freezer was very useful. My only drawback with this site is the noise from the road. Otherwise, it's great.
