About the site

Set on the Devon and Cornwall border, this peaceful park is ideally placed for days out along the coast. The seaside town of Bude is just 20 minutes away, with sandy beaches and surf spots close by, while the shoreline itself can be reached in around 15 minutes. The campsite offers a wide range of grass pitches, all with optional electric. The fully grass pitches will have parking nearby, whilst the grass and hardstanding pitches allow parking. For glamping, there are cosy wooden cabins that sleep up to four guests. Each includes a double bed and bunk beds, along with heating, TV, and simple kitchen facilities such as a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. Outside, guests will find a charcoal BBQ and picnic seating. The larger Woodpecker Cabin sleeps up to six people and is ideal for families or small groups. Inside, it features a double bed, bunk beds and a sofa bed, plus a dining area and the same practical facilities found in the smaller cabins. It also benefits from outdoor seating and a BBQ area. All cabins require guests to bring their own bedding, cooking utensils and equipment, including plates and cutlery. The pitches and cabins are all dog friendly, with up to three dogs allowed per booking. In the evening, you can unwind with a BBQ or fire pit, just please ensure they are raised from the ground.

Absolutely amazing campsite run by a family friendly business. Anne and Simon always courteous to step in and help with any enquiries. Set back from the main road, its a peaceful campsite but with easy access to near-by attractions at Bude and Clovelly. Our cabin house was cozy and warm and the kids really enjoyed the whole experience! The fire pits near the lake was an absolute bonus! We will definitely visit again!

Lovely location in the countryside between Cornwall and Devon. Good and clean facilities; no coins needed for the hot showers which is great. Very well looked after pitches. Very good wifi connection. Small shop onsite with ice bags and other local shops nearby.
