About the site
Escape to the countryside and yet remain a handy 40 minutes from Edinburgh. This site is the perfect countryside escape where you can enjoy days of sight seeing and then retreat back to the peace of your secluded glamping site. Wigwam pods are the perfect way to add a little glamping magic to your camping experience, each sleeping up to five people. The two standard Wigwam pods each sleep up to five with a large bed for up to four people, along with a single bed for one. The standard plus Wigwams are the same, but with the added extra of a private toilet and shower hut next to your pod, and there is a facilities block nearby. There are also three Wigwams, each equipped with two double beds and a single bed, or a table and chairs. You will also have the comfort of your own ensuite toilet and sink with showers in a shared facility nearby. Or, treat yourself to the deluxe pods featuring a TV/ DVD player, a kitchen area with a hob, ensuite showrooms, and even add a hot tub for relaxing evenings under the stars! Inside each of the pods is also a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, heater, kettle and toaster. Outside you will also have your own picnic bench and fire pit, perfect for toasting marshmallows under the stars. You can even hire the whole site for a fun party or get-together. BBQs and campfires in fire pits are welcome. Dogs are welcome in all of the pods, except for the deluxe Wigwam pods.

Spent a couple of nights with my family. Our wigwams was comfortable with everything we needed. The heating helped as the nights were a bit cold in April. The hosts were a lovely couple who made us feel comfortable and welcome. The farm tour was a hit with our 5yr old son. He loved petting and feeding the lambs. Would highly recommend and would go back!
