Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Super petit camping. Aller à Brighton est très facile : 15 minutes de marche jusqu'à la gare sur un trottoir dans une rue très peu passante puis 15-20 minutes de train pour 12£ l'aller retour. Sanitaires propres et agréables. Emplacements tout le tour d'un pré. Petit aérodrome pas loin mais les avions ne volent pas avant 9h. Tables de pique-nique sur de nombreux emplacements. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Prix correct. Réservation facile et fortement conseillée.

Facilities were clean, had everything I needed for a week's break with my pup.

Went with a trailer tent with electric hook up. Great location 8min walk to bus/train services. Booked to go back in September.

Our first motor home experience
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 We booked The Barn as a stopover towards our festival destination near Brighton. We’ve never used a motor home before but Joe was very helpful, chose a good spot and offered every assistance. The Barn is very conveniently located close to the sea, we walked into Worthing which took us an hour (buses run every 15 minutes). He recommended an excellent curry house which was 10 mins walk. The showers and toilets were excellent, regularly cleaned and tidy. Joe takes great pride in his park and if we ever pass this way again there’s only one place we would stay!

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 We always enjoy staying at The Barn. Lovely clean showers and toilets. It's never croiwded and there's always a relaxed atmosphere. Lots of space for our 2 year old granddaughter to run around!

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Great site, close to Lancing Beach. Ideal for swimming or paddleboard. Some hard standings, most grass pitch. Joe the owner is great bloke. 10/15 min walk to ASDA. Buses to Worthing and Brighton. Close to local airport so small planes operating and Gyrocopter.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Most enjoyable stay, always weary of grass pitches but the ground was rock hard even after considerable rainfall, very handy for public transport Brighton,Worthing and beyond! (24hour) on main road 12 minutes walk away and lancing 15.
Quiet location
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2026 Quiet site near to Lancing. 12 minutes walk to the station, shops & pubs.
Good location for cycling the coast path to Brighton and Worthing.
The site is well maintained although not many showers and toilets if it’s busy.
Good for groups as it’s basically a big field and you can camp together.

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 Fantastic campsite, we had a lovely stay. Great to have the kids play park in the centre and lovely to have a little shop on site for a drink or icecream. Really close to the beach and good clean facilities on site. We would visit again.

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 The Barn Caravan Park is a small, friendly and well run site. The pitches are spacious and well kept, and there is a huge area in the centre of the site for kids to run around and have fun, with swings and a climbing frame. There is a cafe/bar which opens at peak times, with a good selection of drinks and ice creams at reasonable prices.
Location is great. Ten minutes walk from a lovely pebble beach, the Harvester is a five minute drive away, and there’s a lovely Italian (La Galleria) and many other restaurants in Shoreham, just a few minutes drive away.
We went into Brighton, and found taking the train to be a good option. Lancing station is just a short walk away. Trains are frequent and it’s about 20 minutes into Brighton.Much easier (and cheaper!) than trying to park in Brighton.
Overall, we had an excellent stay, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and will definitely be returning.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 A lovely small but well maintained campsite within walking distance of the beach, shops and local transport into Brighton. Great facilities, plenty of shade for hot days and generally a lovely place to chill out and relax. Thank you Joe :)

Not too big but plenty of space and very quiet.
Facilities were excellent and kept lovely and clean
Owners are very friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful
Great for dogs and for kids to play on the site
We will definitely visit again and would recommend

Liked the coffee and bar .
Dogs allowed in bar would be good as can’t really leave them in the camper or tents unaccompanied .

Ideal campsite just outside Brighton
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 What a lovely find! This campsite is just a short walk from the beach, town centre and train station. This was great for getting to nearby villages and Brighton itself Flat grassy area with generous pitches, fabulous ‘reception/ bar ‘ area with its own coffee shop and bar with great friendly vibe.
Owner was very approachable and chatty and always doing something on site … this week developing the toilet facilities.
