Nicely situated and well maintained site

Very pleased with the site and staff overall, but the ground for my tent pitch was very hard and stony and difficult to peg into. Also, as a back-packer, I would have appreciated some picnic tables scattered about to give me somewhere to sit and eat etc.

Hi Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your stay at Bryn Gloch. The ground is very dry at the moment as we have had no rain since Easter time along with everywhere else in the area. We have several area across the park where picnic tables are provided, including a beautiful area by the river where we also have a bbq and benches for customers to use. Lovely and convenient

Really convenient stay near Snowdon ranger path. Was very clean and comfortable in the Shepherds hut.

Nice location and good facilities

Arrived at 7pm but reception closed. No answer when I called for help. No idea where we were going or where we were assigned to pitch, so just set up on an empty pitch. We were concerned if we were where we were allowed to be. Toilets and showers spotlessly clean, good facilities on site but as no info at reception, we had to walk around to locate things. Overall a nice stay, just a shame about the late check in with no guidance.

Just got back from Bryn Gloch, it was absolutely amazing. Staff really friendly, site was very clean, pitches are huge, staff driving around every so often so you could grab a staff member if you had any issues. Shop was well equipped with the day to day stuff, all the pitches had freshly cut grass. Just an amazing site.

Remote and beautiful

Fantastic area and views from the site. A tad pricey, so would have expected more premium facilities and bathroom areas, but would stay here nevertheless. The staff were very friendly.

Snowdon camping

Facilities were nice, staff were friendly, great site close to Mount Snowdon.

Lovely site

Really nice site and perfect location for our Snowdon hike. Clean facilities, lovely spot in the tent field. Place has a small and friendly feel. Better value than the bigger place down the road.

First time campers

Amazing campsite. First time campers, so a very nice introduction. The staff were incredible and so friendly and helpful. The ablutions were very clean with nice hot showers. Location was so nice, right by a river. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Bryn Gloch. As well as being stunning, the location is ideal for getting to different activities and sight-seeing. The bathroom and washing up facilities are also excellent!

Excellent stay

A very nice stay, our first time here and we was very impressed. All the pitches where clean and level, with services at each pitch. The toilet and shower blocks were immaculate, clean and warm even a separate place to wash pots, all very well thought of. The site was very clean, secure and quiet. The site is a credit to the staff and the owners. If you want a quiet peaceful few days away, this is perfect.

Lovely campsite

Very clean well maintained campsite with lovely views of the mountains. The bathroom facilities are very clean and the showers are lovely and hot. There is a lovely picnic area by the stream which I'm sure is a big hit on hot days and the children's play area looked new. The bus stop is right opposite the campsite so very handy It was very peaceful, will definitely return.

Amazing 10/10 recommended

I camped at Bryn Gloch with my friend on an electric grass pitch. The views were amazing, you're literally nestled between two mountains. Everyone who worked there was so friendly and helpful, our pegs were no match for the soil, so the staff lent us a strong set. Special thanks to Nick who also helped us with our bags up to our pitch. Facilities are all super clean, plenty of drinking water around and lovely lovely hot showers. Neither of us drive and managed to bus around North Wales from outside the campsite the whole time. Honestly couldn't find a fault with this campsite, we had a fantastic time and we will be back! Thank you for having us.

First time at Bryn Gloch and what a welcome

We had such a lovely welcome on arrival with a surprise gift for being the first booking of the season. Thank you. The facilities are excellent with the shower and toilet block sparkling and clean as well as warm. The site is in a fabulous location for Snowdonia National Park. Caernarfon is only 4 miles away with bars and eating places everywhere. We will be returning to Bryn Glock for sure.

What a wonderful place to be

This was an amazing site to stay at. It is very spacious and the facilities are excellent. I work in prosecution, so you can imagine how stressful my job is, and my husband is disabled. We needed somewhere to have a bit of relaxation. When we arrived at the site, we discovered that we were situated next to the toilet and shower block. I can state that this block is exceptionally clean, spacious and warm. This really was a gift because my husband can not walk too far on uneven ground. The scenery is absolutely breathtaking. We woke to a beautiful sunny morning and Mother Nature had been busy plastering the place in ice. Standing outside with your coffee and watching the sun come up over the mountains, what could be more awe inspiring? We were blessed with a little robin, who was as bold as brass, chose to sit on our step right outside of our camper van door. We hardly dare breathe, I've never seen that before. The staff are absolutely amazing and so friendly. I would, absolutely, without any doubt, recommend your visiting here. It really is something else.

Winter stay

A lovely location surrounded by walks and hills. This was a vey well kept campsite run by a very friendly and welcoming team.

Xmas getaway

Absolutely fantastic site very accommodating and helpful. Relocated us to a shepherd's hut after our air bed burst. Can't thank them enough for a most fabulous Christmas break.
