Set amongst an array of trees and open spaces, Roundhill Campsite is the perfect New Forest getaway with an onsite lake and curious wild donkeys and ponies. Just five minutes to Brockenhurst and 15 to Lyndhurst, this site is well located and a great base for exploring all the New Forest has to offer. The site has 265 non electric grass pitches and two bell tents, with walks in every direction, there is plenty to explore.

If you want to be immersed in nature and the new Forest this campsite is perfect. Lovely location, you can walk through the forest to Brockenhurst in around 45 mins and if you cycle there are plenty of cycling routes around the New Forest. Staff are super friendly and accommodating and the facilities are very clean

This is a wonderful place to stay with beautiful surroundings. The facilities included a small reception with a little shop, shower and toilet blocks, water and waste sites, washing up areas and fire points dotted throughout. We had a wonderful welcome and really liked the simple, quiet and natural feel to the place. The site is huge and you can choose where you fancy pitching up with loads of options! Will definitely stay again!

Warm friendly welcome, lovely location, toilets and showers clean and water hot. Really impressed they are just for 6 months, then taken away. Only downside, lots of cow and horse 💩 If it bothers you, don't stay here!

This was my first time camping and it couldn't have gone any better. The site was very quiet and the stuff was very friendly. The installations were clean and it's located in a beautiful area. Suggest going in a quiet season as the experience is probably much better.

My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. The staff on arrival were so friendly and welcoming! They even helped us as our pump for our beds wouldn't work. They leant us one to use which was such a huge help! The location is amazing, so many areas to choose to camp up! Loved all the wild animals as well, definitely recommend! We will be returning for sure! Thank you so much.

Friendly staff, clean toilets and shower facilities. A shame not all were open for our stay. Dog really enjoyed it. Not really walking distance to any pubs and restaurants so just plan this in.

My son and I visited Roundhill campsite for 2 nights and we wanted to stay longer! We can't wait to go back next year, everything was lovely. We felt safe, looked after, the showers were hot, the toilets were clean and warm. The staff were very friendly and happy to help with any questions. My only thing was I wished I had pre-booked bikes so we could do a bike ride. So if you go, book that asap! Other than that it was beautiful, the horses and donkeys were super cute and didn't bother us at all. Would 100% recommend.

Lovely spacious site with good facilities that are clean and well maintained. Ground is a little stony, which did make pitching the tent more of a challenge and bent a few pegs. This small hindrance was more than offset by the beautiful surroundings - heathland and woodland, with cows, donkeys and ponies wandering around.

Brilliant campsite, lovely staff, well maintained and clean. So much space around you. Lovely to see the horses, donkeys and cows around. Lots to do around the area, had an amazing holiday and will definitely return next year for longer, thank you.

lovely spacious campsite where you can choose wherever you like to pitch. facilities located throughout so not too far to walk to the toilet or water tap. ponies and donkeys roaming around which was a big highlight of the trip for both me and my daughter.

My first time glamping and what an experience. My boyfriend had been before, but I hadn't truly appreciated the beauty of it until now. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The bell tent was clean and had everything you could need. The facilities were very clean and had spacious showers. We will be back! x

Myself and my partner stayed here for 2 nights. Amazing facilities and fantastic service, especially from Kev when checking in. I would say it's very family oriented and as a couple we wouldn't have minded a little more quiet. Obviously, as a family campsite, it would be fantastic.
