This is an ideal Lincolnshire coastline setting, conveniently situated between the holiday centres of Skegness and Ingoldmells. Pitch up at one of 36 luxury hardstanding bays with independent water and electric supplies. Sorry, the park can only accept caravans and motorhomes. Dogs welcome.

Site rules and policies
• All visitors must report to reception in the bungalow.
• No commercial vehicles on site.
• No children under 14 allowed in the shower block without adult supervision.
• All dogs to be kept on a lead and any mess to be picked up immediately.
• No ball games or loud music.
• No washing of cars or units.
• No parking or driving on the grass during wet weather. A 5mph speed limit applies on site.
• All tourers must leave by 11am on day of departure.
• No pots etc. to be washed in the shower block.
• No chemical waste to be emptied in the shower block. Please use the chemical waste disposal point.
