Set in the heart of rural Lincolnshire just 15 minutes from seaside fun at Skegness, Holly Tree Caravan Park offers tent and touring pitches alongside hardstanding seasonal pitches and access to an excellent fishing lake. When you're not out exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds or the coast, you can cosy up next to the fire in the family-friendly pub (which doesn't serve food), dating back to the 17th century.

Situated in the rural countryside of Lincolnshire located next to a charming country pub, this peaceful camping and touring site is great for those looking for a relaxing break. Just 15 minutes from Skegness and the coast, you will also be in a prime location for days out at the beach. Tents, trailer tents and campervans are welcome on the five non electric grass pitches, each measuring 9m x 9m, or the five electric grass pitches, each 10.5m x 10.5m. The site also welcomes motorhomes, campervans and touring units with a choice of hardstanding pitches. Tourers can pick between the two electric hardstanding pitches, each 3m x 8m, and the two fully serviced hardstanding pitches, each 3m x 7.6m with electric. Motorhomes and campervans can also stay on the three fully serviced hardstanding motorhomes pitches measuring 3m x 7m, with electric, grey waste and water hook up. All of the pitches are suitable for up to five guests, with each electric hook up being 10 amp. The onsite fully stocked fishing lake, along with the neighbouring Steeping River makes this a prime location for keen fishermen. Guests can also launch canoes and paddleboards onto the river, perfect for a relaxing day on the water. The site also has 15 seasonal pitches set on super hardstanding available, along with static caravans for sale. BBQs are allowed as long as they are raised from the ground. Open camp fires are not permitted. Dogs are welcome, with up to two per pitch.

All the fun of the seaside is just a 15 minute drive away at Skegness, where you and the family can have a whirl at the Pleasure Beach, stroll along the seafront and have ice cream on the pier.
