About the site

Unwind at this scenic adult only site. Nestled between King's Lynn and Boston, the site is well located for days of exploring with Sandringham Estate and Norfolk's sandy beaches also within a 45 minute drive. There are a range of 6m x 8m pitches available, suitable for tents, trailer tents, caravans, campervans and motorhomes. Each pitch welcomes up to four guests with a 16 amp electric hook up too. Simply choose between grass or hardstanding, or opt for the combination pitches which come with the addition of a grey water drain, water tap and water hookup. For something extra spacious, pitch up on one of the eight serviced hardstanding pitches. These measure 6m x 12m and come with a grey water drain, water tap, water hookup and 16 amp hook up. If glamping is more your style, the site has two cosy pods available. Each sleeps up to four guests, kitted out with a double bed and double sofa bed (bedding is not provided). A kitchenette will come with a kettle, crockery, cutlery and a fridge, with a dining table, Freeview TV and an ensuite loo. Guests are also more than welcome to bring along their own BBQ and enjoy a spot of al fresco cooking, just please ensure it is raised from the ground and not a disposable BBQ. Enjoy a drink at the clubhouse, with Austrian lagers, Cambridgeshire ciders, award-winning Norfolk gins and local ales. The clubhouse also hosts Thai chef evenings and offers award-winning fish and chips. Dogs can join you for your stay too, with a dog walk onsite for them to stretch their paws.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2025

What a beautiful gem of a site, immaculate in every way from the facilities to the lawns and the pitches, an absolute credit to Stuart and Gabriel the groundsman. The new club house will very soon have its alcohol licence and will be brilliant addition to the current shop and office facility. Traveling catering on a Friday and Saturday are extremely popular and of a high standard. A short walk into the village where garden centre, cafe, pub and fresh produce outlets can all be found. In summary a brilliant stay that is highly recommended.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding PitchesMay 2025

We were very surprised when we drove down the long drive and it opened up to a site which was damn near perfection. Not too big and not too small adults only, dogs allowed with a long area for them to exercise. Showers very modern .Everywhere is very clean - even the grass is virtually dandelion free. Loved all three nights, bus stop just over a 10 min walk.
