A coastal escape on the picturesque Kintyre Peninsula. This family and dog friendly site is ideally situated for a relaxing escape. Enjoy walks along the beach, stunning sunsets, a game of mini golf or even on the full 18 hole course next door at Machrihanish Golf Club. The site offers a total of 28 grass pitches, eight with the addition of a 10 amp hook up. Each of the grass pitches allows both tents and tourers with plenty of room for everyone to enjoy some peace and quiet. Tourers also have the option of eight hardstanding pitches, also with an electric hook up, ideal for all year round touring Fancy looking out at the sea from your pitch? There are fully serviced, super hardstanding pitches with also come with a 16 amp hook up, grass, water and waste connections. For glampers, try a budget friendly Wigwam pod which offers a fully insulated and heated timber cabin, with a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster. It also has a window, benches, decking area and lighting, plus a lockable door. The Wee Camping Pod can sleep up to three and is pet free, whilst the larger Big Camp Pods can accommodate up to five guests with dogs too. Each of the pods coming with beds (bedding not provided) and your own private outdoor decking area with a picnic bench for al fresco dining. You mighteven choose to go glam with a stylish studio pod cabin, which has its own ensuite facilities. It has a large section of decking with seating and sleeps up to five inside (no more than four adults). Inside there is an electric stove, ensuite and fully equipped kitchen. Relax on the sofa and there's a table which converts into a double bed, plus a raised area with bunk sleeping. You'll also find a selection of well equipped two and three bedroom static caravans on site. Dogs are welcome on pitches and inside the dog friendly large Wigwam pods.
