The Barn Caravan Park is located in Lancing, just a 15 minute walk from the nearest beach and a 20 minute drive from Brighton. There are a range of electric and non electric grass pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, with trees planted to add shelter. Enjoy a treat from the onsite coffee shop and licensed bar, with a play park for little ones and free WiFi. It is also only a 15 minute walk to a train station and pubs!

We chose this site based on the location and close proximity to the train station and bus routes, so we could explore further afield. The beach at Lancing is very close and we also visited Shoreham-by-Sea and took the train to Brighton for a day trip. The site itself is immaculately clean and the facilities are great. Plenty of hot water in the showers and a central play area for the kids. Our boys made some lovely holiday friends and we had to drag them in when the sun went down! There's a coffee shop and ice cream available on site and we felt very welcome.

This was a lovely little site. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The facilities could have been cleaner and were a bit limited for the number of people on site, but it was a bank holiday weekend and I think things were a bit overwhelmed. The site was close to the beach and several takeaways/cafes. I would go again.
A little gem campsite

We loved this campsite. Small site, but plenty of open spaces. The owner was super friendly and helpful and always about. Great location, with a train station nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Would have given 5 stars, but a few small things let the site down. There were no signs on the entrance to the lane, even small ones, we missed it on the first time past. Joe met us on entering the site, he was pleasant but seemed a little vauge about our booking and where we should pitch. Pitches seemed to be allocated on an adhoc basis, pitches were not numbered. Small things but left us lacking a bit of confidence. Pitch sizes were good and well spaced, and fairly level for grass. We had a motorhome pitch with electric. Once on our pitch we realised Joe had not told us about where the water/elsan/grey waste were, a small thing but important before you pitch. Site was probably about 50% full but did not feel crowded. The facilities were modern & clean. The shower had good pressure but could do with being warmer, same could be said for the whole facilities block. Overnight on the first night there was heavy rain which caused problems with some pitches (many being towed off) & also the facilities flooded. Site is about 10 min walk to the pebble beach & seafront walk. Good for walking to Worthing or Shoreham. Coastliner 700 bus route runs every 12mins to both Brighton & Worthing/Littlehampton. We enjoyed the site so some comments may seem a little mean, just wanted to give objective feedback to Joe We would come back

This really is a great little find, has a café on site. I didn't use it but looked nice and used by a lot of campers. I did think it quite expensive, however, it's a busy site with spacious pitches so you're not on top of each other. 2 toilets and 2 showers so didn't have to wait for either. The site owner is a really nice guy. So helpful and nothing is too much trouble. Although I thought it was expensive, I'd still go again.

This fairly small campsite is a little gem, it has a nice coffee shop and on the hottest of days ice cream, fizzy cans of pop and (my favourite) a slush puppy fix are all available. The facilities are very clean and well maintained throughout the campsite. The owner takes pride in his campsite, and is very keen to ensure people enjoy their campsite experience. He has good genuine local knowledge, with recommendations if required. Even the location is great for transport links, and local shops, pubs etc. So you can either stay and chill out, or explore the coastline and make some memories. I am looking forward to booking my return for 2023, a home from home.

A small site ideally located for access to the towns along the south coast. Walking distance to train station and supermarket if you don’t want to drive. Friendly owners who will happily talk. Very much recommend

Great family site. Nice welcome. Good size pitch. Easy access by bus or train to Brighton/Worthing. Beach and park with skatepark for kids walking distance. Campsite was mainly full and enough facilities for everyone.

Our 1st visit to the South Coast and couldn't have chosen a better site. Joe is a very hospitable host and was on hand to greet us when we arrived.
