Great place

Great place very helpful staff, Wardens very helpful walk the dogs in the woods above the site, great walk but hard work.

Great spot to go and explore North Wales

A lovely park maintained to a very high standard. Had some lovely weather and enjoyed the Welsh countryside. Visited Bodnant Gardens, Conwy and Prestatyn, all within a short drive. We stayed on pitch 5 which is the only one in shade. For sun lovers like us it was very frustrating - perfect if you do like a shady spot. There was a wedding on next door. We enjoyed the free live music, but left late evening just to get home before weekend traffic, so not sure how long the party went on for. Overall, 5 stars.

Great campsite

Great adult only campsite. Stayed for 2 nights and had a session in the pool and a treatment in the spa which was amazing. Immaculately clean throughout. Would definitely recommend to others.

Peaceful and very pretty

We arrived slightly out of hours, but we were still greeted by a smile. The warden showed us the pitch and the services. Everything was very clean and tidy. A nice little dog walk on site. Food and drink on the other side of the camp gateway. You could hear traffic noise in the distance, but not enough to be of any concern. Cannot wait for our trip to Rhuallt. Nice to go somewhere peaceful.

Lovey site

A great site with pub and restaurant onsite. A good dog walk, friendly people and a fully serviced plot. It was great and we will be back as it is near so many tourist spots to visit.

Amazing camping weekend

We booked late to stay here for our anniversary as we left it late but it was a great find, really cheap adult only so no children running round everywhere, a spa and a restaurant on site. Facilities are amazing for a campsite, very clean, showers very spacious and clean. No problems with noise from neighbours. Not too far a drive from Rhyl, Prestatyn and Towyn as well for things to do. I would highly recommend this place to any couple or couples with no children.

Cheeky break

We have just come home from a little 2 nights here. Fantastic, so quiet and people so friendly. Did go the pub for a swift one, not got chance to find out more about the onsite spa, bit expensive I was told for just a day. Overall, definitely we will be going back to here.

2 night stay

Booked again for this weekend, we stayed on grass pitch tent with electric great pitch. The staff are so friendly and helpful, toilets and showers amazingly clean, great place to relax and chill, like I said we booked again for this weekend. 5 star great place.

Gorgeous camp site, we feel rested and recouped

We loved our stay! We stayed 3 nights on the tent pitches, the shower block was very clean and not far to walk from the tent, although it rained whilst we were there and our tent leaked we still had such a gorgeous time! It was a quiet campsite and we didn't see many other people. There are only 4 tent pitches so I can imagine in summer it may fill up quite quickly, we will definitely return as the location was great. Each tent pitch has 2 mains plugs and a tap. We went for food at the onsite restaurant and I couldn't fault it, the service was slightly slower than expected, but the food tasted amazing and they had board games available! We also booked in for 2hrs into the spa and spent most of it in the outdoor jacuzzi, again the spa was spotless. Everywhere we went it was clean and tidy. I had the best 2 nights of sleep I've had in a very long time whilst being there! Can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, peaceful campsite

Gorgeous adults only campsite, excellent maintained, super clean with great facilities. Nice location with a very nice pub & restaurant on site. Only 5 camping pitches on site. The pitches are well maintained, spacious, and immaculate. Electric, water and a brick BBQ also included in the pitch price. Well worth a visit and we are already booked in or a return visit.

Amazing place!

By far one the neatest and well kept sites we have ever stayed at. Shower and toilet block is immaculate. The set up on the pitch is perfect. Our own water supply, electric hook up point , 2 extra mains sockets and a built in bbq. The onsite restaurant/hotel is stunning and the food amazing quality and prices. Amazing friendly staff all round. Highly recommend!

Cracking site

Fabulous site. We stayed in one of 4 tent pitches. The pitch was very generous and came with its own water, bbq and electric point. The site staff were very friendly and helpful. Recycling facilities were good. The toilet and shower block were immaculate and very warm. The shower cubicles were a really generous size. All in all we loved staying here and are looking forward to returning!

Lovely, peaceful site

The campsite is very well maintained and the facilities are excellent. It is within easy walk of Offa's D (won't let me write the whole word) and other walks. I would highly recommend staying here.

Clean and tidy

The camp pitch was well serviced and the shower facilities were well maintained. We booked this site to use the spa/pool/treatments but we got a call the week before to say the spa was closed due to maintenance and our treatment and swim was cancelled. We were informed we could swim on our last day but that the water was not up to temperature (cold), so we cancelled it. The spa staff were not sympathetic to how this affected our stay. This was supposed to be a relaxing break for us. The surrounding area was great, so we did explore it. And the restaurant was very good.

They we're working very hard to get this resolved as soon as possible. The staff were under a lot of pressure but that is no excuse. Wonderful short break

Could not access disabled toilet, locked and no code provided but that aside, we had a wonderful few days. Would not hesitate to go back and we certainly will.

Not peaceful

We tend to go towards adult only sites, presuming we will have peace and quiet, this was not the case here. The noise from the onsite pub / restaurant was loud and the music played until after midnight on Friday and Saturday. We felt the road noise from the A55 was constant and loud. There was also no on-site shop or anywhere nearby for usual items.

We try to keep our guests off the closest pitches to the restaurant at this time. Lovely well kept site, spotlessly clean facilities

Lovely well kept site, clean facilities. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar/restaurant next to site. Didn't use the spa facilities on this occasion. Will definitely be back for another stay when it's a bit warmer 😊

7 nights

Second time of staying at Rhualtt. Quiet stay and decent weather. Good base for visiting. There is some road noise but no worse than other places we have visited. Facilities are very clean and well maintained.

Good location, very clean and helpful staff

Great location for all North Wales, the site is kept spotless by Jimmy and Simon who met us on arrival and helped us to our pitch. The facilities are great and very clean, there is a bar and restaurant on site which was dog friendly (in the bar area). Food good. Only issues was the noise at night from the A55 which is fairly close and the Wi-Fi was intermittent. Neither are show-stoppers and we are looking to going back again soon.

A great park with with great staff

This was a great location to visit the North Wales coastline. The park facilities were spotless and the site is well manicured. The wardens were so friendly and happy to help with any questions asked.
