Really lovely site and staff
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2025 Facilities for disabled a little tired and could do with an adjustable shower height replacement as it kept sliding down the pole when steamed up. Only marked these down a mark for the fact they look a bit grubby, but in fact, they were cleaned regularly and were clean, just tired.
Lovely place overall. Service was great and even moved us to a pod (paid the extra) when my son struggled with the tent, so really accommodating and helpful.
Campsite is lovely, lots of bits for the kids. Football tables, table tennis I think I saw, parks, sand pit (huge) saw a lot of play equipment in reception so I think you can borrow these too. My son is 16 so a bit old for that. Perfect for young kids. It was relatively quiet at night. Only sounds we heard were the road. But even this quietened down.

Tidy place, friendly, with everything what you want for camping.
Shower, kitchen, bar with life music, entertaining for kids, funny park, hot food.
I'll recommend Golden Valley Caravan Park. Thank you!
An average stay made better by beautiful weather Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent Pitches Jun 2025 Weather was lovely so made our stay really nice. However, extremely noisy road heard from tent pitch all night. Facilities dated and old including parts of the park. Other parts of it were good. Toilet block got dirty with overflowing bins and dirty floors. Shower block has fabric shower curtains which just scream germs.
An average stay. Could really do with a bit of money spending on it and it could be lovely.
