Very decent campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) Sep 2025 The campsite was located close to a main road, but had nice footpaths for a walk to the nine ladies stones and Stanton Moor.
Facilities were clean, but not super high quality, the shower I used would dribble water and then have full pressure and had no temperature change.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2025 A great site, excellent location, loads of space. Vehicle/caravan/tent camping area, so if you're with friends who are not using the same type of accommodation as you, you can still be together. Just ask at booking, unlike many sites.
Plenty of facilities. Peacocks, dogs and cats roam free. Pets welcome and there's a kids play area.
Hard standing pitches suitable for larger campers, some alongside grass pitches for tents.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) Sep 2025 Stayed here 6 times so far this year, says it all really. Friendly, extremely clean, great facilities and location ideal. Shall be booking the 7th next year!

Excellent site
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2025 Fabulous site. The facilities were good and the location excellent. 2 lovely pubs within a ten minute walk and a great walk that starts on the site and goes right up to a point with a super view.
Very clean and beautifully kept. Peacocks wandering around and alpacas in one of the fields. Would definitely go back.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches Sep 2025 Great site in nice location with easily accessible walks. Staff were great as we were unable to leave before 11:00 due to high winds and they accommodated us staying on site until winds relaxed. Would recommend.
Beautiful views
Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2025 This is a beautiful campsite with beautiful views. A short drive to Bakewell and Matlock.
Small shop and lovely toilets and showers. The only negative (but this is small and didn't affect the stay) is that it is on a hill, so there is a slope and we found it hard to level up the van.
Would 100% recommend and the value for money is excellent.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) Sep 2025 We absolutely loved staying at Barn Farm. Location and views are terrific, the atmosphere around the site was lovely, the facilities were excellent, spotless and well maintained and the owners were so friendly and helpful.
We had glorious sunshine which helped and were lucky to camp on a flat area. We hope to return next season for more adventures. Thank you.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Sep 2025 The site is in an excellent location with beautiful views and facilities.
Some caravan pitches can be slightly uneven but plenty to chose from.
2 local pubs to walk to and many walks surround the site.

Pity there was another event on at same time, which started at 6 am on Sunday, even though it was a charity event.

Away from a main road, nice enclosed children's play area and lovely and clean washing facilities, would definitely use them again.
