Small Tent - Meadow Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2023

We thought the site was clean and welcoming and easy to navigate. The facilities were good, however the showers could have been a bit hotter. We enjoyed the nature area, but would have liked more areas where we could let the dog off the lead.

Site's response

We appreciate you taking the time to review your stay and it's good to know that everything was clean and the team welcoming.

Small Tent - Meadow Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2023

A lovely place to stay with an abundance of space and fantastic facilities. Only slight problem was the water temperature of the showers was not hot enough and there were no toilet paper in the morning. And another small nit pick is that the campsite is next to a farm so the smell of cow waste is strong in some parts of the park.

Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that overall you enjoyed your stay with us.

Medium Tent - Meadow Non Electric Grass PitchesMay 2023

The campsite location was great, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The negative point was the lack of toilet facilities (only 1 block of toilets) and also the boiler was broken from our second night and people were showering with cold water, or washing up with cold water, which is difficult for greasy items. The toilet was very clean on the first day but I couldn't say the same after that. The area is well kept with nice facilities like the play park, dog exercise area and football field. The duck pond is very pretty too

Site's response

Thank you for your comments about your stay with us. We are sorry that the boiler has issues, we are in a rural location and it did take us a while to rectify. We are glad that overall you enjoyed the park.
