Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Apr 2026 Relaxing spot not far from beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Showers and toilets clean and spacious with plenty of hooks for clothes, towels etc and a seat.
Friendly and clean
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Apr 2026 This was our first motorhome trip so maybe we're not the best reviewers, but everything was spotlessly clean and our pitch was nice and flat which makes life easier!
The nearby Hill House pub was friendly but the menu on our visit was limited to 10 or 12 basic pub items..

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Apr 2026 Absolutely beautiful site with super friendly and incredibly helpful staff! Toilet and shower facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained. The camping field is in pristine condition and very well cared for, a great first impression when we arrived. Beautiful location with fantastic views, so peaceful and tranquil we didn’t want to come home! We will definitely be going back and cannot recommend Manor Park highly enough! If you’re looking for a quiet getaway in a stunning place, that’s only a 10 minute walk to the equally stunning beach, and want to hear nothing but birds singing, this is the place to be! Just beautiful 😍 family and dog friendly, a great time was had by all!

Amazing
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Oct 2025 Just the best little campsite in Norfolk, we have been here 4 times now for a few weekends and just love the peace and quiet.
Wonderful beach down the road for amazing dog walks for miles and miles, lovey friendly pub in the village - proper pub grub and wonderful land lady there so welcoming on a cold evening.
Will definitely be back for another weekend sometime. Thank you.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Sep 2025 Staff very friendly. Nice little shop on site very handy, as we had a motorhome and no car. The toilets and showers were outstanding, best we have seen. Big credit to the lady who looks after them.
Downside. Not a lot to do locally unfortunately the bus does not run weekends, so all we could do was go for walks. Which were very nice. Went to a lovely pub called the Hill House Inn. Had a very relaxing few days.
Peaceful and immaculately kept
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Sep 2025 As soon as we arrived we were met with a smile and a welcome.
The site itself is peaceful and ideally located to enjoy the Norfolk coast. The facilities were modern and exceptionally clean with hot spacious showers and plenty of space. The shop was stocked with everything you could need.
The main selling point though was Graham - always with a smile and a chat making us feel that nothing was too much trouble. Manor Caravan Park is definitely worth a visit.

Only a 10 min walk to a lovely beach and a pub 5 mins up the road where we had a lovely meal and a pint.
All in all a great campsite and super location.

The location was perfect - close to the beach, clean facilities, accommodating staff. We needed a wind breaker and power lead (the one we had was too short) and Graham kindly lend us both.
We felt safe throughout our stay. It was quiet from around 8:30pm. Highly recommend!

Toilet block lovely and clean, maybe could do with a few more as sometimes a small queue for showers.
Pitches are varied in size and some are a little squashed together.
Was quite after 8.45pm which was nice.

Fantastic 2 night stay
Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 We stayed here for our first family camping trip. Our 2 year old had the time of her life.
The toilets and showers are regularly clean and restocked and the owner is always on hand for help and advice. We can't wait to book again.

A little more expensive than other campsites we've seen but it was worth the experience!
10 mins walk from Happisburgh beach which is stunning.

Single Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 I have visited many sites and your site has to be one of the cleanest, shower/toilet facilities were amazing and looked brand new.
Cleaner was about and very friendly and easy in reception helped us out when my husbands mobility scooter ran out of charge and we discovered this was left at home. Lady lent us her mums charger which was so kind and meant we were able to still get around with his scooter. We were shown to our pitch which I thought was a really nice touch and all questions answered about location and amenities.

August stay Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Church View) Aug 2025 Loved the location of this site, very clean showers, toilets etc. Major concern for us, was that the pitches are too close to each other. We felt that the sites policy was to fit in as many units as possible, without due consideration for each of us. In our years of experience of motor homing, pitches should be at least 3-5 m apart with club sites being 6m apart. Would NOT return for this sole reason.

Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches (Lighthouse View) Aug 2025 Manor Caravan park is very nice. As it was our first time, we were really pleased with it.
Everybody was friendly, it`s not far from the beach. Dogs are welcome long as they behave. We will go back again sometime next year.
Lovely location near the beach
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Field View) Aug 2025 Location lovely, a beautiful cliff top walk down to the beach. Facilities all clean, and the site quietened down after about 10pm.
The gravel roads were quite nosy as we had to camp next to the road. But overall a pleasant stay.
Everything I needed

Lovely facilities and great that you have someone to show you your pitch and how they want you to set up.
Go a bit lost on the way to the beach but it was fantastic and parking is available.
Really enjoyed a couple of lazy day by the beach and I will definitely be back.

They have a well stocked shop for last minute items left at home.
Will definitely be returning.
