We stayed for 7 nights and thought it was a really great campsite. The pitches are really spacious and separated by hedges for a bit of privacy. Our only issue was our pitch got no sun in the evening. The toilet block was modern and kept very really clean. Our kids loved the swimming pool, really good size, warm and good number of sunbeds around it. Great little onsite shop selling essentials and ice creams and the added bakery van visits were a nice bonus too. Good playground for the kids and a reasonably priced cafe, if you wanted a break from cooking. The dog walking field at the top of the site was really great too (although a bit of a trek from our pitch right at the bottom) All the staff we met were very friendly and approachable. Overall a great campsite which we would definitely recommend to friends/family.

We're currently on our way home from our 8 nights at Treloy Touring Park. We arrived an hour early to the check in time and was allowed access to our pitch, which was extremely helpful after an 8 hour drive down. The site was a lovely little place, with great facilities and a lovely café were we ate our tea once and had breakfast on a few mornings - a proper home cooked brekkie as we would say. The pitch was very spacious and we had more than enough room for the van awning and windbreaker, which was fab. The only downfall was that our pitch (Dove 9) was below others. Therefore when it rained, all the rain came streaming into our awning as we were in a slant. No matter what we did to stop this, it didn't work, as the pitch was slanted down slightly, which was very annoying. We left the van at the site as the website states there is a bus stop 15 minutes down the road and we drove past this on the way in. We thought we had to walk the main road towards the bus stop, but this was extremely dangerous! It would have been helpful to have known about this on arrival and provided with taxi numbers and told that there is a safer walking route if you walk out the back of the campsite and round the back of another field. This would have helped us a lot and we only found out about this due to others telling us on the site. The facilities were well kept and always clean and the morning quiet swim is a great idea. I think it would be useful for this at night as well, between 6pm and 8pm where there aren't 100 kids splashing around. The surf bar was great with a brilliant atmosphere with lots to do in different nights, from quizzes to bingo (which is always good when you win). It would a place we would consider to staying again but would request for a higher pitch, that's all. Regardless of where you are, you're always an hour away from different places, other than Newquay. Treloy is only 20 minutes on a bus to Newquay, which is helpful if you want to spend a week in just Newquay itself. Thank you for our stay Treloy.

We're sorry you didn't like your pitch, some are gently sloped for drainage but we try our best to reallocate pitches if you're unhappy with it. Perfect for camping with the family, amazing from start to finish, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly, the pitch size was just right for our huge tent. The heated pool on site was lovely, I especially liked how it was a quite swim from 7 till 10am and then leisure from 10am onwards. The shower blocks and toilets were always being cleaned which I thought was brilliant. The only thing I would say is that their are more washing machines and dryers needed, but I hear that's something being looked at for next year. Everything you might forget is avaliable from shop on site (we did forget a few things) if you have electric pitch a mini fridge is definitely recommend. Lovely dog walking field which leads to a long walk to Porth beach, 2 miles out. Also dogs are well behaved on site as their allowed on lead onsite, but off lead on the field. Plenty of things for children to do onsite, big park area with swings and zip line plus a big playing field to play football, rounders, whatever they want . I will definitely be going again.

My boyfriend and I visited here for our anniversary and we had such a lovely stay! Everyone was so nice, both the workers and other campers and I could not recommend it enough! The cafe and the bar are excellent and the facilities are so clean.

Nice park and pitches. Friendly staff and helpful. Lots of info on area. Lovely clean toilets and showers. Showers have toilet and washbasin. Only downside is transport is needed.

Stayed with our 3 month old and it was perfect. The facilities were amazing, especially the baby bathroom. They have everything you need on site and the staff are so helpful and friendly. The pool is a good temperature, although the baby pool could be a bit warmer. Toilets/showers are so nice for a campsite and are kept clean. Only negative I have is that the paid for WiFi would disconnect often.

A very good campsite to stay on, staff are super friendly and helpful. It is very clean always someone walking around cleaning up loose bits of rubbish. Shower blocks are new and also very clean. Before we left we said we would book here again next year.

Amazing campsite, beautiful facilities and lovely staff. The showers were so clean- cleanest campsite I’ve ever been too! The cafe food was delicious especially the pizzas and loved the magic show in the evening. Super dog friendly, excellent field to walk the dog. Drinking water facilities local to your tent. Will definitely be coming back next year!

I really recommend this campsite.10 to 15 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches - Fistral beach, Crantock beach Newquay beaches. You do not need to book anything in advance, there is a heated swimming pool, cafe, shop, bar and playground. Everything that should be there is and it is clean. (Translated from Polish)

Our first time staying here and certainly won't be our last. If I could have rated it more than a 5 I would have done. Facilities were immaculate, staff were amazing and couldn't do enough, by far the best campsite we have stayed at in the UK. Pizzas from the cafe are delicious.

The campsite was very clean throughout and the pitches were clearly labelled and a good size. The showers and toilets were very clean and obviously checked throughout the day. The swimming pool is heated to a good temperature and was perfect for our 4 year old and almost 2 year old, just be aware there is no lifeguard. The playground area accommodates a wide age range. We couldn't fault the site and would certainly stay again in the future.

We loved it. Everything you need and well looked after. Men's shower block up top had a bit of a smell but it does get cleaned, that was my only quarrel but still gets a 5 star from me as there are other shower blocks which are amazing 👏 Too many other good things to say so we would love to come back 😀 Thanks for having us 😉

Treloy is excellent. It's family friendly but not too big. New shower/toilet block is outstanding and having a pool makes all the difference. Shop is reasonably priced with most of what you need as far as essentials go. Would recommend easily for an excellent stay. We loved it and will visit again!

On arrival I was impressed, the entrance has lovely big flowers and looks clean and welcoming. All site amenities are new, modern and always clean to a high standard. I loved the hedges which divides the camps to give a little privacy and personal space, The shop is a little over priced but that's the norm for onsite shops. One staff member wasn't great at customer service and barely spoke when serving me. Then they put some of my shopping in front of me then half right over the other side so I had to walk round! Really don't see many staff onsite (sometimes it's nice to give positive feedback in-person) I was disappointed we weren't allowed to do camp fires as for us, this makes camping. Location is brilliant- lots of gorgeous beaches not far away, amazing views. Swimming pool was nice and clean however we just didn't use it much, a good park with lots of things to play on, water stations close by. Nice big field for football! We would return because it's just such a beautiful place, but will get our shopping elsewhere next time. Thank you Treloy for an amazing holiday.
