Motorhome - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 Lovely quiet basic camping site, great for those who want to get away from it all.
Super basic campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2026 This campsite is a large field off a quiet road. There is a small block of very clean toilets and showers.A washing up area, picnic area and obviously in peak season a burger place .But surrounding the shower , toilet block are unkempt areas , like dumping areas, which I feel needs to be cleaned up.But I would stay there again as a good location and value for money and quiet location.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2026 Really fantastic campsite, the best we have stayed at across the UK. The owners / family are always available, to help out or for a chat. Had a nice chat with the owners mum, who is super friendly and told us about the music going on Friday and Saturday nights. Highly recommend a listen, with food and drink available. The owners really put a lot of thought and hard work into making this a more than average campsite.
Excellent value for money, with recently built facilities eg bathrooms, washing up, water taps. Great to have the double decker bus bar, and breakfast / dinner on weekends with a local chef.
Would not hesitate to return and recommend to all when we are back on our holidays.
We took the walk into Padstow with our dog, probably takes about 35/45 minutes at a leisurely pace across fields. Also recommend a visit to St Merryn Maize Maze, a locally owned farmer run maze where we spent a few hours.

Good campsite with lots of space
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jul 2025 Good efficient check in and quickly got settled to a good size pitch. Nice welcome to the entertainment and reasonable bar prices. Toilets and showers all looked new.

Immaculate toilets and showers. Wood for fire pits make this site special.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2025 Fabulous. Showers toilets spotless. Owners friendly and helpful. Told us about the Camel way and a 40 minute walk into Padstow. A really lovely walk.
I would happily camp there again.
Great campsite for our short end-of-season stay
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Great campsite for a short stay in a tent. Camped at the end of season and with gales/rain forecast so campsite was pretty empty and enjoyed the peace and quiet.
Toilets were well maintained and clean, and campsite was tidy. Campsite manager was friendly and helpful. Excellent price for the facilities. Will stay again.
Great basic campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 Great basic campsite ideally located in Cornwall with easy access to most places. 10 min drive from Padstow (possible to walk via fields). Clean toilets and showers. We went at a quiet time, but there is only one tap for washing up so could be tricky when busier. Owners super friendly.
Good area to visit
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Sep 2024 The hosts were really kind and my two pugs were nicely welcomed too.
Area is quite big, grass field near active farm with it's noises and smells, equipped with good shower and toilet block, with a dish wash area at one end. A place to sit down around sun shaded tables and chairs, maybe eating just made chips too.
Location some two kilometres from Padstow, is a bit long for an evening walk to pub, especially because of narrow curvy roads at nights. Take your torch or bright head lamp with you before walking there with dogs.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2024 Stayed for the first time this week. Good welcome, where we were met by a lady who seemed knowledgeable of where to go for wind protection, good views. Pitch where you want, can be good but it is a field so not very even in areas.
Food truck was good. Entertainment was hit and miss. Could be heard all over the field (in case that bothers you). Signal wasn't great (so great if you want a detox!). Most visitors seemed to stick to the rules of quiet times.
Showers and toilets were very clean (considering the mud). Only issue was the showers. Push to work so you had to keep pressing the button. Button last 5-10 seconds so for someone with thick hair, showers took forever. Again, as a place to rest your head, it was fantastic.

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2024 Lovely site, peaceful, ideal for dog owners. Shower and toilet block very clean. Added bonus of live music for 2 nights. Will definitely be back.
