There's a large variety of non electric, electric and serviced grass and hardstanding pitches, for both campers and tourers. Or choose one of the glamping pods or geodomes for something a little extra. Pop down to Blacklands Beach for a day on the sand, a lovely getaway for all.

I cannot stress how amazing this place has been to us. We arrived in a plume of smoke as our car broke down and we only just managed to make it to the site. The staff have been so kind and helpful and words are really not enough to express how grateful we are. The tent is lovely and facilities are well maintained and clean. Our dog, Hugo, has been made so welcome and never seemed to be an issue. We really cannot thank the site enough for their help and assistance, they really went above and beyond to help. Thank you again.

My first trip in a 'new to us caravan' after a few years away from the scene. We arrived at a beautiful campsite to a warm and friendly greeting. They couldn't have been more polite. I asked about a gas refill and was told to go pitch and they would sort it out for me. Within 5 minutes, two guys were at my caravan with a new gas bottle for me. They asked if they could help with anything else and at the time I didn't think there was. Once I pitched up, I realized I didn't have the correct connection for the water tap, went down to the shop to buy a new one to find out they had just sold the last one. Well, that wasn't good enough for the guys, they lent me one of their own until I was able to replace it. Everyday they were out cutting the grass, cleaning toilets and generally keeping the site on an awesome condition. The views were gorgeous and I couldn't have asked for better. There isn't much to do on site but that isn't how it is advertised. However, because of this it has to be the quietest, most relaxing site I have ever stayed at. Would I go again, you better blooming believe it. I would fully recommend this place. Awesome doesn't come close.

We had our first outing in our Crafter camper van and stayed here. What a lovely place to unwind with great views across to Wales. The facilities were amazing, clean and warm. Staff were great, they helped us feel welcome. I will definitely be coming back, the dog also loved his stay 👍🏻

This is a review of 2 halves. The site itself is lovely and anywhere else, I would recommend instantly but the access issues cannot be avoided. There is no information recommending a best route or any warnings of the access issues and the phone seems to always be on answer phone, so advice is not available. The A39 takes you through Lynton and the roads are extremely steep and our motorhome failed to make one hill and I was forced to reverse and retrace my route - very scary on a steep hill on an A road. Only alternative is very narrow minor roads.

Very pretty site, if a little too sloping for us. Would be even better with a shop as nothing was within walking distance.

Great dog friendly campsite with brilliant views of Lynmouth

We enjoyed our stay for 3 nights camping with our tent and two dogs. Lots of space for them to enjoy. Lynmouth is only a short 10 mins drive away or a few miles along the walking path. Campsite had facilities including an accessible shower room. Very clean and great that there was a dishwasher and washing facilities available to use too. Would say that is a quite long distance away from the bay view area so keep that in mind when booking if you have mobility problems. Overall a lovely stay and would recommend the Lynmouth cliff railway as a good day out whilst there.

Park was excellent. Great service. Friendly staff. Site and facilities are brilliant. Other users not keeping it clean was the only let down, but that isn't their fault. Only thing would change is prior warning needed coins to access laundry services. Will be coming back next year.

This is our first year motorhoming, first time to North Devon... and first time on North Devon roads (don't think the Romans made it here!) It's been an adventure but the site can't do anything about the roads! Given this, I would still rate the site highly. A small, dedicated, friendly team never seemed to stop working. This is a small site with a few static caravans, provision for motorhomes and 2 camping fields. All with beautiful views, and in walking distance of Lyndon, Lynmouth and Watersmeet river walk (note - moderate fitness required if you plan on walking back to site). The facilities are exceptional, the main block is all contained - male, female shower block and toilets, dish washing area (indoors) family shower room, laundry room. Very very clean. This is our 6th campsite this year and the best facilities we have encountered. Note - we took two young grandchildren (5 & 8 yrs) as a last minute change of plan and there is no play area. However, I would still highly recommend this site and will be returning, especially to do the river walk.

The place is absolutely amazing. On the site we have everything we needed. Very clean and tidy, well kept and organized. The staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place and definitely will be back soon.

There is no doubt that the location is ideally suited for exploring this beautiful part of North Devon. It is a relatively small site set at the top of a hill on the main A39. This area in general is challenging for exploring with motorhomes/caravans, but is accessible with care. The site itself is clean and tidy and the staff very friendly and helpful; however the small reception/shop was often shut and not comprehensively stocked, so make sure you bring the majority of provisions needed! Having said that there were at least two nights where mobile food vans visited, one for pizza and the other Mexican dishes! Whilst the facilities were adequate, they would, in my opinion, benefit from an upgrade when compared against other more established sites. The showers were not very powerful and to get the best out of them, you needed to keep the button pressed and your body firmly up against the wall. Also the site does not contain many facilities to keep young children entertained, so bring board games and electronics if you want to stay on site! Having said that the stay was great value for money and is a perfect base for walking/hiking and exploring the North Devon coastline and the beautiful areas of Lynmouth, Lynton and the valley of the rocks - all a brisk walk away!

Although it rained and was very windy while we were there, the place was lovely and the toilets and showers were clean. You could order from reception for the next morning some delicious warm rolls or pastries. Absolutely divine. Also had a small van on site where you could order a breakfast bap and burgers/ chicken nuggets and chips later in the day. Will definitely go back.

Great campsite, nice views overlooking Lymbridge. Good base to drive to Woolacombe. Nice friendly pub next door. Lympton is nice with lovely cafes.

After arriving at the site we had a warm welcome and given some of the amenities on offer. Setting up on our site was a breeze as we had ample room to position our tent how we would like, the pitch was on a slight slope but nothing to drastic. The facilities onsite were clean and of great quality with plenty of space for all. Locally there was the Beggers Roost pub, ideal for those not so pleasant nights or if you fancy a meal and a pint. The owner was very pleasant and accommodating. With plenty of walking routes to nearby Lynton and Lynmouth, you didn't have to go far for a bit of exercise. The site also boasts a couple of exercise plots for walking your pets if you didn't want to go far. Highly recommend staying here as it puts you slap bang in the middle of the coast and the moors.

The park has amazing facilities and the staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Having the field where you can let your dog off the lead is excellent as we took our 9-month-old lab who needed lots of exercise. The views are stunning from the campsite. Although there are pathways to walk from the campsite, I personally would have preferred to be closer to the beach as felt we had to drive most places. Overall our trip was enjoyable, even given the weather 😊 and would visit again

We stayed in one of the pods and it was brilliant. The weather this weekend was awful but it didn't matter as we were in the pod. Facilities on the site were the best I have seen at a campsite. I would highly recommend this campsite and will be returning in the future.

Location was ok, though windy narrow roads on the site. Quite uneven so needed levelling blocks. Staff were helpful and friendly. Looked like a new toilet/shower block, but needs more attention, i.e. had a lot of rain when there so I wore a coat to the toilet, but no hooks in the cubicle to hang it up. The shower cubicle has a seat and hooks above, but nothing in the shower area for your toiletries. Fixed shower head with only warm water, but it was push button only, which stays on for 10 seconds. Not impressed.
