Wonderful site, great facilities

Fantastic site, clean and very well kept. All new static caravans/lodges on a immaculately kept site. The toilet/shower/washing up facilities are absolutely spotless and a credit to the staff. We stayed in our campervan at the top of the site overlooking the sea and West Bay - absolutely stunning. The new glamping pods looked wonderful too. We ate both nights in Martin's Restaurant and both evenings had terrific food served by very professional staff. A good choice of real ales, ciders and lagers available at a fair prices. Loved the fire engine and related displays. We didn't use the Spar shop or visit the leisure building but I'm sure they are just as well looked after.

Motorhome stayover

Had a great night here, has to rank up with the best sites we have visited. Lovely views, a great dog exercise field and a lovely bar. Will definitely visit again!

Restaurant is great, Sunday carvery amazing although hard to book due to it's popularity with locals.

3 seasons

Lovely campsite. Quite narrow roads for the larger caravan and vehicle. Without a motor mover, would struggle on the gravel pictures to pitch caravan especially if site busy/full.

Thank you for your feedback, we take RV vans up to 10 metres on our park. The local roads are narrow.

All in all a good site, but I felt it was a little bit on the expensive side.

Great site

We stayed for 3 nights in mid November 2024 and were very lucky to get one of the 8 or so pitches on the western edge of the site. Enjoying an uninterrupted view of the rolling hills, Golden Cap and the sea to Lyme Bay. Unexpectedly for mid November, it was quite mild and very sunny during our stay, always a bonus! This is a lovely tranquil site with great facilities, too many to list. The staff are all friendly and helpful and facilities spotless. We also stayed here in 2023 in the summer school holidays. It was rammed full with families and as on this visit, although very busy, everyone seemed to respect other guests and there was no rowdiness or bad behaviour, indicative of a well run site. We will definitely visit again.

Exceeded our expectations

A great site with everything you need for your stay

We had a great time at the site. The facilities are very clean and warm. Beautiful views from the site. The Spar shop has everything you need and the swimming pool is a great addition to the site. Very clean and super warm. Martin's bar is great for food and entertainment. We highly recommend this site and will definitely be coming back.

Amazing, definitely recommend

We have just had 6 nights in the most amazing location on the Jurassic Coastline. We arrived a little later than expected but upon arrival we found a pitch quickly. The site was perfectly clean, the pitches were generous and the facilities were spotless. We ate in Martin's a few nights and the food was exceptional with lots of choice and huge portion sizes with a much appreciated indoor dog area. The walk to the beach is very steep but what a beautiful view, a true wow factor and there is a road you can drive down to the beach if you choose. Lots to do and see in the surrounding areas and lots of information leaflets to help you in the onsite Spar shop. It was half term so there were lots of children (not with us) and it was lovely to see them playing with no mobile phones and enjoying all the facilities the site has to offer. Definitely return and most certainly recommend.

Fantastic touring park

This touring part has everything that you could wish for. The toilet and shower blocks are fab, with heating and great showers. On site laundry facilities that you can pay for with your bank card. Bar and restaurant, Spar shop and indoor heated swimming pool. I would score this site 10/10. Can't wait to return.

Excellent

Excellent all round. Amazingly friendly and helpful staff, very clean and facilities far exceeded my expectations. Nothing felt cheap and the bar room with the fire engines was a great addition.
