A note from the site themselves...
Glanllyn Caravan Park has grown from humble beginnings when around 60 years ago Grandpa Pugh sat in his livestock trailer on the side of the road waiting for his customers to arrive. We are proud to say that the campsite is still being run today by the same family three generations later.

Glanllyn Lakeside Caravan and Camping Park reviews
VW-Type Campervan - Small Electric Grass PitchesOct 2024
Went to Glanllyn Lakeside Camping Park with hubby. We stayed from the 4th of October and came home on 8th October. It was such a beautiful and peaceful place.
We stayed near the lake, watching the mist on the hills and the ducks doing their daily trundle up to the grassy areas and the trees, we watched the squirrels torpedoing around like little bullets.
The young lady in the reception was a delight and was so helpful when we arrived. I would recommend this place without hesitation and we will definitely return in the future.
The toilets and showers are clean and warm and the sink areas for dishes are spotless. Please visit if you haven't already, you won't be disappointed.
Absolutely loved this campsite

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Tent PitchesSep 2024
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The site was immaculate and the facilities, such as toilets and showers were modern and always clean. The views onto and over the lake were stunning.
Considering how wet it had been, the site was surprisingly dry but there was some standing water. We were given the option to track down a dry pitch rather than just being allocated one. We would definitely book there again if looking for site in that area.
