Perfectly situated and quiet

This site is perfectly situated between Dawlish Warren and Dawlish. Easy to walk to/from each. The site was quiet and we had an extra large pitch which was fantastic! Very well maintained although we cannot comment on the facilities because we didn't use them. We did make use of the dog wash! What a great idea! Loved this site for the location, walks and peacefulness. Will definitely return!

Lovely site & super hosts!

Site was superb with lovely hosts who couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Bus stop at the entrance, but easily walkable to seafront, just a short hill to tackle on the way back. Beautiful site, quiet and peaceful with lovely wildlife, just a shame the local area isn't up to the same standards. Really commercialised seafront with arcades, fair rides etc. We ate at Mount Pleasant, which was average pub food.

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic break away, just what we needed as a family. Site was very clean and well presented. Kept in a very clean and tidy manner. Nice and quiet on an evening. We will be back again 🙂 Thank you for Freddie's easter egg on the egg hunt, he loved it.

Very good site

Fantastic site and our second time of staying. Clean showers which cost 20p but of a good standard. 15 min walk to beach. Very helpful staff and would stay again when visiting Dawlish Warren.
