About the site
This welcoming holiday park is set in the village of Waxham, on the iconic Norfolk Coast, surrounded by breathtaking views. The golden sands of the beach at Waxham and Horsey Gap are just a few minutes walk from the site, the perfect spot to play and explore or relax and unwind. Tents and tourers are welcome across the site's range of grass pitches, each allowing up to six guests. Pick between electric grass pitches up to 9m in length, and premium grass pitches up to 10m in length, each with an electric hook up. Guests here are in a prime spot for seal spotting at the famous Horsey Gap or days out on the beach where you can borrow a body board from the site and try your hand at riding the waves. Situated with the Broads National Park, you will also be surrounded by beautiful walking routes and waterways to explore. If you're wanting to enjoy a spot of al fresco cooking, gas and charcoal BBQs are allowed as long as they are raised off the ground. Dogs are welcome onsite, so make sure to make room for your four-legged friends! There are also holiday homes onsite.

I stayed at Waxham sands for 5 nights in a standard tent, its an excellent location for going round Norfolk in that it is central so most things you might want to do are within range. In terms of physical location, it is amazing, rural and on the coast, any estimation of time to the beach is exaggerated as it is literally THERE and you can sit and watch seals to your hearts content! Facilities wise, things are as expected, nice showers, laundry, little shop, numerous toilet blocks and washing up stations - the bone of contention is the phone signal and WiFi which is patchy at the edges of the site but for me this was ideal paired with non-existent phone signal! You can get WiFi outside of the shop the majority of the time to set off maps and similar! Can't rate this place highly enough, will definitely return!

Super site adjacent to a lovely clean beach. Enjoyed seeing seals close in to the shore. Facilities clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Will be coming back later in the year.

We were really happy with our stay here. Lovely informative staff, nice area and good price for staying in our campervan. The park was lovely for the kids, and the beach being a short walk away was perfect!! I'm quite funny about using public toilets etc but these were kept in a nice clean condition, and I had no issues there either. We will definitely be returning
