Fantastic
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Everything about this place is fantastic. There is simply nothing else to say. Patrick is so attentive and helpful and the rest of the staff are so friendly and keep the site immaculate. Even with the drizzly rain we had, it was still a great experience! Will definitely go again.

Very accommodating when I asked for a space next to my friend and a pitch not to close to people due to my daughter being SEN. Loved the shop on site and the fire package you could buy for the evening.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Lovely camp site for family’s , we came as a couple and had a lovely time. All the kids there looked like they was having a boss time , cute forest/fairy area set up for kids and games for them to play.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 From the welcome on arrival from Mark, the location from which everywhere is easily accessible, the clean and excellent facilities, the friendly team who run the site and the flat as a pancake pitch! Simply awesome, we hope to stay again. Have attached a picture of the Milky Way taken above the campsite on the night of the eclipse along with the druids stones.even though it’s a family site, it was calm, relaxed and peaceful.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Second time this year I’ve stayed in this little campsite. If you like somewhere quiet and rural then this is the perfect base for you . Borth Wen and the coastal path only 15 mins away .

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 We stayed at Druid’s Rest with just me and my daughter, Ella, on an electric grass pitch, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
The pitch was perfect, with plenty of space between campers, making it feel relaxed and private. Patrick was more than welcoming, a genuinely pleasant man who was always interested in how our stay was going and made sure we knew to let him know if there were any issues.
The campsite is beautiful and, most importantly for us, fantastic for Ella. She made plenty of friends, and for me that’s what camping is all about, seeing her happy, outside, making friends and having fun.
The Fairy Glen in the woodland was a favourite with the children. It captured their imagination, and it was reassuring to know it was safe to explore.
The facilities are very clean and basic, but you really don’t need anything fancy. There are fire pits and a little shop with essentials. The hot chocolate one evening was a massive hit with Ella!
For me, it was a chance to switch off, relax and enjoy some proper time together before going back to the grind. If we had stayed longer, it would have been a great base for exploring more of Anglesey, but we were more than happy enjoying the campsite.
I almost don’t want to recommend Druid’s Rest because I’d quite like to keep it as our little secret! 😂 But honestly, I would recommend this place 1,000 times over.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 The owners were so lovely and welcoming upon arrival! A good campsite with clean facilities and a positive environment. Around 20 minutes to Rhosneigr and the beach which was a nice to drive. Reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended staying here!
Making memories with small children
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 We had a wonderful stay with our two young children. It was only second try at camping as a family (following a one-night test run with friends) and the site was ideal. The children loved playing in the Fairy Glen and with the outdoor games. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the showers and toilets were kept spotless.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 A lovely quaint campsite with the friendliest welcome from the manager, the cutest mini fairy forest and activities for kids and a handy little shop that makes the best hot chocolates. Close to the ferry port and great views of the countryside. A massive thanks!

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Me and my friends stayed here for 2 nights and I have to say Patrick was so lovely and nice and made us feel very welcome. The campsite was lovely and clean and all facilities were exceptionally clean. The view at night time was amazing, you could see every star in the sky, it was beautiful. It is a bit out of the way of main areas to view but they are only a short car drive away which we didn’t mind.
We had the best time staying here and would highly recommend it!

Beautiful family campaite
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Fantastic family run campsite. We were met with a very friendly welcome by Patrick. He explained all about the site and showed us the options where we could camp.
The campsite is very family friendly, our two children ages 3 and 6 had the best time playing in the enchanted wood.. the kids also loved the addition of the unicorn walking round giving our sweets on the Saturday night.
The toilets are some of the cleanest I have ever seen.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Pitches Aug 2026 The site is a bit out of the way. The Crown is about 1mile away but not a nice road to walk down. There are suggestions on a notice board for takeaway services and local eateries. Large supermarkets are about 10 min drive away. Otherwise it was lovely to see all the kids playing in the centre of the green and having adventures in the fairy grotto in the woods. Plenty of room for parents to interact in a game of rounders. We didn’t do the log fire pits but they did look cosy. Everything was quiet by about 9.30 (nightfall) but again that was fine for us. Toilet/shower and washing up facilities all good and surprisingly we never had to wait for them
A perfect spot to explore
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Aug 2026 Our first trip to Anglesey and this was a great place to base ourselves. Our young daughter loved the fairy woods and we all appreciated the chilled out vibe of the site. Its location means you’re only 25 mins from most of the go-to sights and there’s plenty to explore on the doorstep.
