Lovely, friendly, quiet site

We booked a short stay here fairly late in the season. From the start, communication was great. We arrived, booked in with no fuss and were soon set up. We found this site to be in a great location to be able to explore, with no more than a 30 minute drive we visited Hunstanton, Wells next to the Sea and Holkham. There are a few places to get food and groceries in nearby Fakenham (would recommend Mr chips!) The site had enough facilities even at this peak time. I think due to the amount of caravans there, it meant us campers could easily use the showers with no waiting. There is a freezer to put your freezer blocks in, the washing up area is enclosed and covered and the toilets and showers were clean with plenty of hot water. Yes, the nearby road was noisy but not distractingly so, and the site was quiet after 10.30 as advertised. Thank you.

Explore North Norfolk

A well laid out (non-regimental) site . Trees helping to break up the landscape. Peaceful occasional road noise (not too loud) and easily adjusted to. Toilets and showers clean queuing at peak times. First impressions of entrance soon dispelled once on site.

Short stay in lovely campsite

Immaculate, well-organised campsite. Lovely welcome from host. Quiet campsite overall. We were in adults only section. There is a section for families with a playground, but that was quiet too considering it was the school holidays. Access to camp closed at 10.30 pm, which is quiet time. Nice spaced-out pitches. Both hardstanding and grass are available. New and spotlessly clean toilets and showers. Cafe on site which we didn't use. There is a lounge area in the cafe, useful for those in tents if the weather is bad. Ice packs and a fridge available also. Small dog walking area with plenty of dog bins. Overall a pleasant stay in lovely weather.
