It was excellent but the toilets are quite a trek from the far end.The view was beautiful. The cafe was really nice and welcoming and had good drink options. The host was super friendly.

Excellent views and access to almost private beach

Excellent site overlooking the sea. Not so great if conditions are windy and you are trying to put up a tent. We were lucky as we were in a camper this time as the wind was blowing for two days. Lovely for those who like to fly kites. Facilities are located at one end of an almost half mile stretch of camping options, so if you need to frequent the facilities, either camp closer or enjoy getting your steps in. Toilet and shower facilities, whilst clean, I believe would not be enough when the site has more campers on it. We had a nice hot drink from the on-site café. Owners very friendly. Access to the beach is not ideal for the less mobile due to continual erosion of the path and steepness of some of the stretches. Once on the beach, you can easily locate a spot all to yourselves if you like. Swimming is ideal as it is shallow for a long way out.

We had an amazing stay, only problem was it was not long enough 😂 Very nice beach location with great views and easy access to the beach too. Staff we came across were extremely helpful and bubbly personalities, out of everywhere we have been, they were by far the nicest! Especially Alice and her dog, Otty. Apologies to Otty for thinking they were 10 when they were actually only 2 :) Will definitely go back soon, thank you guys!

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesJul 2026

We loved this campsite, even though it was pretty windy when we were there as it's a bit exposed, being on top of the cliff. But, the views over the beach are so beautiful. The facilities are more basic than some sites but are very clean and well kept. There's a rough but not a difficult track to the beach. There's an on-site café for coffee and ice creams. The owners are lovely. Will definitely be back!

Brilliant stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Treheli Farm and will definitely be returning. The location is simply stunning. The views across Cardigan Bay stretch as far as the eye can see, and the peaceful surroundings make it the perfect place to unwind. Apart from the occasional car on the nearby road, all you really hear are the sheep and the birds. The site is quite exposed, so it can get windy at times. For us, though, that just added to the experience—it feels wonderfully close to nature and is all part of the charm of staying here. The site had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, allowing us to spend our time enjoying the surroundings rather than worrying about anything else. A special mention has to go to Mark, the site manager, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our visit. It’s always the people that make a place memorable, and Mark is a real credit to Treheli Farm. Finally, thank you for sharing such a beautiful corner of Wales. We never take for granted the opportunity to experience places like this, and we left with a real appreciation for the landscape, the peace and quiet, and the warm welcome we received. It’s somewhere we’ll be recommending to friends and family, and we can’t wait to come back.

Just heaven!!

We just loved it. Exactly what we think camping is about, plus the beach, rock pools, rope swings - it was just brilliant. Mark and his wife were so friendly and helpful. We look forward to another visit.

absolutely staggering view right on the edge of the world.

The beach was totally lovely, if quite an uneven scramble down to the sand, but no matter, keeps us fit. Showers, toilets and wash up area was all clean and tidy, lovely hot water. There is also a cold shower tap for wet suits or the dog, my two appreciated the wetting, it was baking hot whilst we were there. There's no wifi, but again, i didn't mind this, made it v relaxing... and very little to do there. I travelled on my own, so the lack of things to do made it a little bit lonesome, but in a group or a couple you always find something to do, even if it's nattering round a campfire at night with a drink... There's a basic cafe for tea, coffee and cakes, cold drinks and ice creams, closes at 6pm ish. All absolutely brilliant.

Fantastic basic campsite

Wasn’t many showers and toilets for the size of the campsite and no Elsen point.

Stunning location, within walking distance of Plas yn Rhiw and right on the coastal path. Precarious walk down to the beach but managed it and was rewarded with a lovely, almost deserted beach.

Great location and lovely relaxed vibe

Location of this campsite was amazing - right on the side of a cliff so amazing sunsets! A short walk down to the beach below which was not too busy and perfect for dogs. Lovely staff and good facilities.

VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was just fabulous - top of the cliffs looking over a bay! Pitches were a good size. The kids loved being so close to the beach - though the climb up and down is not for the faint hearted - rather steep! Loved listening to the waves as we fell asleep. Toilets and showers were basic but clean and did the job. Didn't use the café but it looked great and the lady who ran it was really nice and welcoming. Also like the recycling system! Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

A beautiful coastal site, good for walks, very dog friendly, owners are lovely. Nice little cafe onsite for a good coffee and cakes available. A selection of games to entertain the kids while you have your coffee and plan your day. The only thing I missed was the shower wasn't hot, which you need after a long day, and being in a tent, and on beaches. Can get quite windy, not a lot of sheltered pitches, so need a good windbreak. Visited Abersoch which was small but beautiful, and Criccieth Castle, very good chippy there, and also a cafe, which was dog friendly and good selection of ice cream, both for dogs, vegans, dairy allergies

A week chilling by the sea

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass PitchesAug 2025

Lovely place, the owners are very helpful, with a very nice café, they are always around,. The site is kept well trimmed and clean, the facilities too are kept tidy, beautiful beach, unfortunately not easy access to it, but well worth the little climb. We had a great week, so did our dog Buster, will be going again. Thank you Alison and Mark.
