Clean, spacious and friendly
Trailer Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Medium) May 2024 My wife and I booked this last minute on a bank holiday so were very thankful to get in. This campsite is relatively new as the owner mentioned he'd only been open a few weeks. The field is large and proportioned well, he has worked very hard to make it a lovely place to pitch on. There are some sloped areas so you need to pick your pitch well, we picked a bottom corner as it worked well for the tent box.
Facilities for the site are kept nice and clean, although we found the hot water at the wash point for dishes and such was sometimes lacking. The showers were clean but they work on a pound coin, so make sure to bring a few. There is no shop on site, but as this is the first year of operation, it is something that is being worked on. There is a large Sainsbury's not far away (a 5 minute drive).

Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Medium) May 2024 Wonderful. Newly opened (4 weeks ago as at May 27th 2024) bijoux site. Great location for Hastings, Battle and the beautiful Rye. Lovely peaceful setting and spotless showers and toilets. Clean and peaceful, what more does anyone want?
You do need £1 coins for the shower so take some coins with you, the shower was hot and wonderful.

A great camping spot and would definitely visit again! Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Medium) May 2024 Great spot for camping, local pubs nearby or can get a short bus ride into Hastings, or an hour walk from site.
Toilets and showers are very modern and clean. The guy on site is very friendly.

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches (Medium) May 2024 I had a lovely stay with friends at Beaulieu farm campsite. There is a big field with proper toilets and proper showers and places for washing up. It felt very secure. Managed to see lots of wildlife whilst here like foxes and deer. We are planning another stay here!
Perfect Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Small) May 2024 This campsite was perfect! Easy to find, secure, very good clean facilities, plenty of space, quite with a very friendly and helpful owner. Definitely will be staying here again!

Great new site, owners super friendly
Twin Axle Caravan - Electric Grass Pitches (Large) May 2024 When we arrived we were told be the lovely owner that we were their first ever customer, they were very welcoming. Site is beautiful but undulating so slightly tricky getting our caravan level.
Shower and toilet facilities were basic, but adequate, and may be an issue if campsite was full. Only two showers each for women and men.
Very convenient for Hastings and surrounding areas, would stay again.
