Idyllically located as part of Rydal Hall Estate in 30 acres of gardens, woodland, meadows and natural beauty, developed from the 1600s to the present day. Rydal Hall Campsite is set close to the Grade II formal gardens in front of the Georgian south wing of the house. Choose from a range of tent pitches, there is also an onsite riverside tea shop with great walks in the area.

Good easy walking trails to both, scenic site, good grounds and a leave no trace ethos :) Absolutely loved our stay and we can't wait to come back next year.

What a lovely campsite in the heart of the Lakes. Friendly and helpful staff. A beautiful location. Clean facilities. I recommend it!
