Wick, stay a few nights
Small Tent - Small Grass Tent Pitches (Optional Electric) Apr 2025 Great staff, great facility, and one of the few places in Scotland I actually met Scottish people. Wick is a great town.
Lovely, smart site
Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Apr 2025 A lovely, smart site set alongside the river with a nice walk into Wick.
The pitches are well laid out with plenty of space however the playground area can be noisy at times but not too intrusive. The showers and facilities are modern and clean. The site could do with a shop and maybe a bar and cafe.
Wick itself unfortunately is quite run down, so we used the site as a stopover.
Superb facilities

Welcome at reception was warm and friendly, pitch easy to find and set up, toilets, showers and washing facilities best I've enjoyed! Walked to Wick along the river accessed from the campsite.
Nothing to improve on, hope everyone has a great season.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Apr 2025 Great campsite, quiet and clean with excellent facilities. The facilities block appears to be brand new, very clean, nice showers and loos. Some of the external waterworks were incomplete, but the temporary setup worked fine.
All round, great campsite, would recommended.

VW-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Apr 2025 Best facilities we've ever experienced and everything thought through, like the space in the shower, seat, etc. Only going to get better once all finished.

Staff were brilliant, I forgot my electric charger and the man very kindly let me borrow a lead.
Can't fault this campsite for location or facilities.

Medium Tent - Small Grass Tent Pitches (Optional Electric) Sep 2024 Great stay, new toilet block kept very clean. Facilities very good - washing machines, washing up room, Wi-Fi, freezer and fridge. Ideally located on NC500. Site is flat and sheltered. Dog loved the walks by the river.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Hardstanding Touring Pitches Sep 2024 Thoroughly recommend this site. Excellent facilities in picturesque and quiet part of Wick, close to town along a pretty riverside walk. Greg went to lengths to sort my inadvertent double booking really promptly. Lovely stay.
