First time camping on my own, everything you need for a few nights away. Food and drinks on site, friendly owners/staff. Peaceful in the evenings too, bliss ❤️

Lucy and Noah are very welcoming and friendly. The site is in a beautiful peaceful setting but not far from local amenities. The bar/burger van were great and breakfast was nice too! A lovely base to camp and chill out with a camp fire if you wish, We would return 100%.

Lovely camping field. The owners are very friendly. They offer a freezer and a charging point on site which was really helpful. There's a food van serving reasonably priced drinks and food. The only improvement I'd suggest would be to add more showers and male toilets, as there was only one available.

A very warm and informative greeting from the owners. A large campsite where you are generally allowed to pitch where you want. The whole site has some lovely sunsets and only 2-3 miles or a 20 min bike ride to 2 lovely beaches in Constantine and Harlyn Bay. Plenty of eating options a short drive away, as well as the on site breakfast and burger snack facility. We will be back.

Really nice campsite snuggled down in the valley from St Merryn. Have stayed across the fields a few years ago, so knew the area a bit. This campsite was a little bit cheaper, which is why we chose it, but is equally as nice. Friendly operators. No strict pitching so you can choose an area to your liking. All conveniences at hand, incl. drinking water, showers and wash area, which was nice and clean. 'Street food' cafe was open for breakfast ('the meg' is highly recommended) and dinner (sounds awesome, but we didn't sample). The site also had live music on the saturday night, which drew a crowd and sounded great. Would definitely stay again -thanks!

Tregella Place is a great campsite, quiet and a little off the beaten track but that was fine by me - my partying days are over! BBQ and fire pits (also available for hire) are allowed. Toilet facilities are a bit feral but the additional outdoor shower (with heaps of hot water) made up for this. Dish washing and a freezer for cold packs is also available. There is basic onsite food available - breakfasts and evening, and a huge gazebo with lounge seating area for evening beers/cocktails (BYO) and acoustic guitar sets on the weekends for a chilled out, festival surf hippy type vibe. Would definitely stay again!

Large quite site with plenty of space to choice your own pitch. Owners very welcoming and helpful, great on site burgers and cold beers in the evering from the onsite catering unit. Toilets small and basic, however outside showers have plenty of room, hot water and pressure.

We had a lovely stay with our two grandsons. The campsite is in a lovely setting, easily accessible and close to Padstow and some of the best beaches on the North Coast. The site is spacious and felt uncrowded and the owners were very friendly and helpful.

Such a lovely place! Lucy and Tom were so helpful and we had a great laugh with them! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Cornwall. The location is perfect and the Burger van was amazing!

A lovely site just outside Padstow a 5 minute drive and if you are a fit walker a 15/20 minute walk, it's downhill there so add a little time for the return journey. When we first saw the facilities we were underwhelmed as they are very old, and with only 2 showers and 3 toilets if the site was busy it could be interesting, but the were kept immaculately clean and tidy, with spare loo rolls on a shelf with plenty of hand wash and paper towels. There is no hot water apart from the electric showers, but there is a kettle for hot water next to the washing up area so we used that when necessary. There is also a freezer for blocks, etc., and a book exchange, along with two drinking water taps and elsan point (CDP). If you are after a quiet, back to basics site we would definitely recommend it. The hosts are very hospitable and friendly.

Hello thanks for your lovely review, we do have a further 2 large gas showers in the green section of the toilets, I will get a shower sign for these so that is clearer. We have recently had permission granted for entirely new toilet facilities, and are hoping to commence work after the season. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and hope that you will return.
