St Leonards Farm Caravan and Camping Park is within 30 minutes of some of Bournemouth's best beaches, and just a few miles from Ringwood and the New Forest. There are grass and hardstanding pitches with and without electric for tents and tourers, as well as fully furnished bell tents and shepherd's huts. A quiet, family run site with modern facilities and a children's play park, football pitch and indoor soft play area.

We were very happy with staying at your campsite, thanks for looking after us. You work hard for this camping. Everything we needed was there (shower, toilets etc). We stayed in a tent for 6 days. It is very well located. Superstore is 5 minutes drive. The New Forest is about 10 minutes drive. It is a fantastic place. We went to Swanage for the day, it was absolutely beautiful. Took the steam train and went to Corfe Castle. It was really quiet on the campsite (we are used to packed camping places though). People were friendly and gave us some good tips. Just a nice place to spend your holiday. We will be back! Best regards from the Netherlands.

This was our 2nd stay at St Leonard's Farm. Again another excellent stay. Staff are all friendly. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Excellent facilities, all meticulously clean and well-maintained. Will definitely be staying again.

Good family site with a large playground, inside play area, dog walking area and a football pitch. Good clean facilities. Pitches a bit on the small side. Access roads very narrow. Close to a busy dual carriageway so a lot of traffic noise.

Great site for the kids with a large fenced play park and an indoor soft play as well as a large football field. Lovely and clean showers. Will be looking to return for the music festival next year.

Nice site. Brilliant facilities & good local information available on check in. A little close to the main road is my only comment, but otherwise, a good location to explore Bournemouth & surrounding area.

A really lovely stay and good value, with a full play park and soft play for the children. Great location. A little walk through the farm with chickens, donkeys, and peacocks. Clean and tidy. Will definitely recommend!!

A random pick of site to try our new caravan and towing vehicle. It was a van but that was not allowed to be parked on-site, but was shown somewhere to park it up to be kept safe- so staff were very helpful! Site was lovely and quiet, with all that we needed. The park and indoor play area were great, so as a whole we shall be visiting again!

Great 3 nights here. So close to supermarkets, pubs and takeaways. Approximately 30 minutes to Poole and Bournemouth. A great base. We really liked the park and location.

Checked in no problem. The site was very quiet during our stay. The soft play and outdoor play area were great for the kids whilst we unpacked/packed etc. Would have been nice to have been allowed a campfire, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The pitches are quite close together so maybe this is part of the reason.

Nice site, good location and ample size plot for my large tent. The soft play barn and park area were a hit with my 3 young children (9,7 and 3).

Excellent location and a lovely flat pitch. Would have liked a few more water points. A shame the water boiler broke and there was no hot water to shower and wash dishes- the walk to the other block was quite a distance and only half a dozen cubicles - so a bit of a wait. We were informed and appreciated that there was nothing else that could be done. It would be nice if Wi-Fi could be provided, even if there was a small fee. Overall a good stay.
Site's response
Thank you for your review and fair comments, Ray. We are glad you had a good overall stay and apologies again for the lack of hot water in the shower block, as you can appreciate these things are out of our hands when they decide to pack up on the weekends. Unfortunately, the control panel blew and new parts were required. Not easy to find on short notice. We hope it didn't spoil your stay too much and hope to see you back again at St Leonards Farm Park.

Good site. I think some hard standing pitches in the more open areas would be good.

Had 7 nights at St Leonard's. We found the site to be well set out, with plenty of space on the pitches. The toilet blocks were nice and clean, the only issue we found was that the showers we were one of those push buttons that turned off after a few seconds, but we still managed to shower ok. We had a lot of rain during our stay and was quite impressed with how well the ground held up on our grass pitch. The 10amp electric didn't cause us any issues either. Our children loved going to see the animals on site as well. Overall we had a good experience here and would stay again.

This site is lovely and quiet. Soft play and a big park for the children. Toilets and shower are clean. Only thing wrong is that there's is no shop on site and with the one way system, it can be a bit of a nightmare just to get a cold drink ect.

Not much in the sense of service. Warm welcome on arrival. ANPR camera didn't always pick up the van registration. Quite far out the way of things. Sainsbury's is a good 20 minute walk. Lidl is closed for refurb. Speed humps to the site not fun for the van. Peacocks on site are lovely. No closed off area for the dogs to have a run. Kids loved the park Facilities were clean. Showers were hot. Had power cut one night but didn't affect us. Fish and chip van on the Sunday night was lovely. Wouldn't stay again but only due to area as not much around. Locals on horses and carts, holding up the traffic, spoilt it for me.

Speed bumps certainly slow you down. The hedges are tight if you have a wide van.

I felt that they need stricter rules in bathrooms to help keep them cleaner. Once one person has walked in with shoes, you then have to. Showers were only just powerful enough to wash hair in, which was not ideal with children.

Great site, we had the field to ourselves most of the time. Showers and toilets were clean but the push button shower could do with updating. Friendly lady at reception. Great site but a shame about the weather!
