Everything was perfect apart from the toilet and showers. Full of hair and door was knocked on 9.00 in morning saying they want to clean. Should clean earlier ready for guest.Need modern facilities then this whole place will be perfect!

Great stay! Brooks Farm is a nice size campsite, not too big so the kids all made friends, played games etc. The animals are also a lovely addition, our boys loved the goats. Pizzas were nice and made it easy if you want a night off cooking. The owners are just adding a spa area with hot tub and sauna, I do wish we had been updated to inform us of this, as we would have definitely used, if we had our swimwear. Maybe next time! :)
Wonderful!

A great site only a quick drive to Whistable and Tankerton. Facilities were nice and clean, however we seemed to be back too late for any hot water in the showers, but it didn't bother us too much due to only being there one night. Would definitely return on a weekend to make use of the wellness facilities and pizza oven!

We had a great stay at Brook farm, the two owners were on hand all the time and very helpful. A nice cafe on site open 8-4 and pizza/beer on Friday/Saturday evening. Nice local walks 1.30mins walk into Canterbury town. Would definitely recommend.

James and Robyn have made this family farm site an absolute joy to experience. The site is still in its infancy but it's clear they have great vision and a real passion for the farm. The kids loved the animals, the walk through the woods with Robyn was wonderful, meeting members of the family and really being made to feel welcome. Without doubt one of the favourite sites we've visited, we actually felt sad leaving. Great location, equidistant from Canterbury and Whitstable which are both well worth visiting. Fabulous location for walkers and bike riders, super family friendly and just a bit different to the usual sites. Loved it!!

Campsite was pleasant, with local walks that were lovely. Facilities were not as nice once the site became busier. The toilets ran out of toilet paper and needed more regular cleaning, the showers became cold.

A fantastic campsite with great facilities - a cafe with a vast array of choices for breakfast, oven cooked pizza and a bar at night. Also a wellness center with sauna, hot tub and cold tub. - couldn't ask for more!
An amazing campsite with plenty to do and see

Farm animals (goats and chickens), a massive woodland to explore and a short trip to the seaside. Clean toilets, showers and a coffee shop. Even a sauna too - so much to do.

Great location, with enough facilities to make camping a pleasant experience. Pizza's and coffee were good. Showers were warm and worked well. Goats were a big hit with our toddler.

Just got back from an amazing few days away. The Meadow lodge is everything is needs to be: well laid out with plenty of floor space, comfortable beds, big windows to enjoy the view and warm and cosy when it is time to turn in after a night be the fire pit. My son loved the garden area, heading out before breakfast to play badminton or firing his crossbow (a new addition from Dover Castle) or visiting the goats and chickens in the middle of the site. The adults enjoyed the picnic bench and seats by the fire. The site's pizza oven is a must and the bars prices are reasonable. The little café over the bridge is great too - fab coffee and cakes! The location of the site is brilliant for exploring Canterbury, Whitstable and the castles of Deal and Dover. We were all sad to leave and are already planning our return visit making sure it includes the on site rural wellbeing area with hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. Thank you to the awesome hosts for their help, hospitality and care package. We will definitely be back for a longer stay!!

I had a very nice stay here over the bank holiday. Facilities were fine, showers, loos, wash areas etc and generally, all in a good state, although loo roll availability was a bit hit or miss. The onsite pizza and mini bar were good too, although not available every day. The staff all seemed very friendly and professional. Some of the fellow campers were a bit loud until late and often with loud music too, but I guess that goes with the territory. Nice to have some onsite chickens and goats wandering about and the occasional squirrel too! Location wise, it was good. A bit out the way but also nice and near lots of attractions. If I needed another camp in the area, I'd definitely be back.

A really lovely place to stay, with friendly helpful owners. One of the nice things about Brook Farm are the animals - the chickens, lambs and baby goats who are small enough to be able to escape the enclosure have free roam, which is lovely. However, there are some children who seem to have no idea that it is very wrong to continuously chase these animals (sometimes with sticks) and frighten them - I was not happy seeing this, but their parents seem quite happy for this to carry on. As I said, this is just a personal thing that affects me (and my husband) and it would make us think twice about returning- and appreciate that nothing can actually be done about it!
Highly recommend Brook farm

Nice quiet clean campsite, lovely area. loved the small animals and the meet and greet chickens for every camper that showed up, they were very entertaining. Plenty of hot water which is what you need on a campsite. Well done James you're doing a good job thank you.

We highly recommend this site. We stayed for 1 night, and were warmly greeted on arrival. It was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere, and a beautiful setting with views over the fields to the east. Particular highlights: - Pizza oven on the weekends - Lots of sheep, goats and chickens which entertained younger children - Beautiful and extensive woodlands, with a bridlepath right from the site - Great cafe, which hosts a running club (we realised too late to join!)
Lovely campsite. Very friendly and helpful owners

James and Robyn were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Beautiful surroundings and so great to see the goats, sheep (and babies) and to be visited regularly by the inquisitive and friendly hens. James' pizzas were scrumptious. Great, quiet campsite. Only minus was the pitch looking directly at the pop up vans which I presume they rent out. Is there somewhere else the could go on the site? Otherwise fabulous and we'll definitely be back. Thank you very much.

We’ve stayed at Brook Farm 3 times now and we will certainly be back for more. The site itself is great, well located, plenty of space with decent and clean facilities. The cherries on top for us are James’ wood fired pizzas, the cafe (coffee is 👌🏼) and the service overall. James’ passion for it shines through and we can’t wait to see whats next!

Stayed here a few times now. We love it! Nice spaces to park and kids love the chickens and goats always about - especially the baby ones! Toilets and washing facilities always been clean and tidy. Pizza is very yummy there also and the cafe did some lovely drinks and food. Defo one of our favourite places to stay and will be back again soon.

Excellent site, good facilities, friendly owners. First time camping with our toddler and site was great for young children, they particularly loved seeing the animals. We had a great stay and plan to return.
