Good family site
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 A well positioned family site with plenty for children to do. Friendly staff, facilities are basic but clean. Coffee / breakfast van is great, visiting pizza and chip shop too I gather! All that's missing is a bar, how about a mobile bar visiting Friday's, Saturdays and Sunday's during peak periods? Just an idea!
Perfect campsite
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 A perfect family run campsite in an ideal location. Staff all very friendly, Pizza Hut 3 nights per week and then the morning coffee and bagels were a treat.
Facilities were cleaned regularly, washing up areas equally spotless and plenty of sinks to use. The campers kitchen was also great with the fridge, toasters and microwaves.
Couldn’t fault the campsite.

Shop had basics. Not ridiculous prices on most things, the sponges were expensive for washing up. Washers fab! Dryers not to good. £1.60 and not dried - cleared filters etc.
Slightly on the pricey side for 2 nights, but we knew when we booked, but happily would stay again. Thank you!
Best Campsite ever!
VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 Absolutely first class in every aspect. So friendly and helpful. Spotlessly clean. Every facility you need and lots of extras too like a coffee and bagel van and a pizza van on some nights, plus a brilliant playing field for kids. Brilliant for dog walking and not too far from the beach and Perranporth itself. Can’t fault the place at all and it’s the best campsite we’ve stayed on so far in our 18 months of touring. So glad we chose to celebrate my birthday there. Thank you and we will return!

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 I've never done electric hook up before and have preferred wild camping in the past, but this site made me have a bit of a rethink! Splitting the site into smaller fields works so well as there is more of a community feel which made me, as a single mum, feel much safer.
It was peaceful (except for my own naughty sausage dog) and really immaculately presented. The animals were a highlight as was sitting on the benches with other campers waiting for a delicious curry from a van that came by one evening.
Some reviews have mentioned being hurried out in the morning. That didn't happen to us. We left just about on time and I think the wardens are relaxed if they can see you are packing up, rather than making breakfast fifteen minutes before they need to get the space ready for the next arrival.
Perranporth beach is massive and fantastic for body boarding. My child has mobility issues so hiring a beach walker was a life saver. Perranporth Garden Charities provide this (or a beach wheelchair) for a small donation. The site itself is also great for those with accessibility needs.

Perfect area for backpackers, spot on for one night on my coast path adventure.

VW-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jul 2026 Lovely and peaceful site, well maintained, cleanest shower block and toilets ever! I can’t really comment on the wardens because we didn’t see anybody. Nice touch with pizza, fish and chips and coffee and bagels on certain days.

Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 Lovely site on top of a hill just outside Perranporth.
We arrived early and because we were on hard standing we were very kindly allowed to pitch up. The site provided us with details of walks (the dog needs it) down to Perranporth town and beach and I must say they were wonderful going there with stunning scenery. Going back was a lot tougher but still worth it.
Clean quiet site and the staff were so friendly and made you feel welcome. Stay again? Yes!
Beautiful welcoming site
Motorhome - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 We were warmly welcomed on arrival at Tollgate. Farm and spent 2 relaxing days there. The facilities were clean and well equipped. The location was perfect for walking down to Perranporth or taking longer hikes to St Agnes or Holywell Bay.
We will return !

Motorhome - Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 A lovely friendly site with lots of walking straight from the site. The walk into Perranporth is quick and the town has everything you need. The beach is so clean and its dog friendly. Theee is a bus stop right outside the site and the fares are value for money. The site is kept spotless as are all the amenities. Will definitely be one we return to.

Large Tent - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) Jun 2026 Lovely site with a little coffee and bagel van with the notice board updated each day by the wardens. The option of fish and chips and pizzas on different days was nice.
Clean showers and a park for children with some goats, birds, chickens and pigs at the top of the park to looked. Enjoyed our stay and would happily come back :)

The staff were nothing but helpful, and the gentleman who run the coffee van were also nice, accomodating and even threw in a free coffee when our little one dropped his.
I would highly recommend this campsite to anyone looking to stay in Perranporth!

Trailer Tent - Premium Fully Serviced Hardstanding Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2026 A really lovely site and very well managed and maintained. The shower and toilet block were very clean. The on site staff were friendly and helpful.

Facilities were perfect and liced the onsite Pizza van and Coffee caravan. The animals were very entertaining to see along with the wild meadow area making the place feel very natural and calm. Very close to Perranporth beach and walkable. Crantock beach about 15 mins drive away. The onsite shop was well stocked and the communal fridges made storing milk easy being in a tent. We all came away feeling very humble and relaxed. We will certainly be returning soon. Many thanks.

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Grass Pitches (Optional Electric) May 2026 such a lovely place. we arrived late in the evening so reception was shut but the wardens on site were very welcoming and told us to pay in the morning. the site facilities were spotless. they are extremely welcoming of dogs and we have 3 very large sighthounds. the wildlife was amazing, so many rabbits on site. we didn't explore the farm but looked great from the road. easy access from campsite to perranporth town. the coffee van and pizza place on site was also very lovely! will definitely be coming back - Thankyou!
