Really great site - owners are really friendly.

Beautiful Campsite

One of the best campsites we've ever stayed in. Massive and well kept pitches. Exceptionally clean facilities with excellent showers. Would highly recommend.

First time glamping

First time glamping so didn't really know what to expect. Peaceful location with all the amenities you need which were clean and practical. The hosts, Donna and Alan are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and help make the experience a relaxing one, nothing seems too much for them. We stayed in a bell tent with an air bed and linen all supplied and prepared for your arrival. The kitchen and seating area was well equipped and clean with your own storage facilities including a fridge. All utensils are supplied for cooking etc.. The toilets were clean and had a nice warm shower. The area is tranquil with local pubs, vineyards and farm shops within a reasonable walking distance. We will definitely be back!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay at Cattlestone Farm. The site was quiet and peaceful. The pitches were spread out evenly so you didn't feel too close/squashed next to your neighbors! The facilities were basic, but still great with a nice hot shower! Washing up facilities were ideal and toilets were also clean. There are some lovely walks around the area, would definitely stay again.

A great little campsite

A pretty little spot in some lovely countryside, clean loos and hot showers. Fire pits provided. All good.

First time camping with dog

Great couple of nights away with friends, and first for me with the dog. Facilities were great and Donna and her husband were so lovely and accommodating.

Lovely setting

Rural camping with basic facilities but everything was clean and all you needed for a few nights camping. Even a freezer with ice packs. Only problem was sporadic loo paper supplies. Lovely open field some trees for shade if required, but a very lovely spot to camp with good nearby walks.

Just lovely

A lovely 'wild camp' feel to camping in this mown/bits left wild, field with fantastic open countryside views, starry skies and no noise. The hosts are lovely and friendly; they saved me from what could have been a miserable experience by lending me a bit of very necessary kit that was missing from my own stash! The animals on the farm and Jackson, the rescue dog, all seen and very much admired. Useful things like frozen ice packs to borrow whilst your own are in the camp freezer on site, refreezing was very welcome. It's a great set up and wish we could have stayed longer as the location is also great for exploring. Loved it - thank you! We'll be back.
