Very Pleasant Stay
Sprinter-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches May 2026 We really enjoyed our stay at Hatters Meadow as it was very peaceful and beautifully presented with the long grass and wild flowers all around. We were going to walk into Ely along the canal which is approximately about 1 hour, 20mins but we decided against it, as we were to busy enjoying the sunny day as it was quiet on site The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and the facilities were very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2026 This site is a heaven for wildlife with an environmental consciousness to it. The owner is lovely, toilets are always clean, shower pressure is brilliant and the whole site is dog friendly!

Excellent site
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Pitches Apr 2026 We found this site on the outskirts of Ely and enjoyed a weekend away during the first good sunshine of spring, in the beautiful countryside of the Fens.
We stayed on an electric hook-up pitch. All were in use for the weekend but there was plenty of space and it was quiet with easy access to the facilities.
We walked the trail into Ely on the Saturday, which takes you through the "hickledy-pickledy" meadow field set aside for the off-grid camping and glamping. Looked wonderful.
The site does encourage nature to thrive here including birds nesting in the washing up hut.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Will come again.

Lovely campsite
Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches Apr 2026 This is an excellent campsite we used for our first canping trip this year. The facilities are clean and well maintained, including family bathrooms which was great with a toddler. There are lots of options for where to pitch. It was very windy on our arrival but the staff kindly helped us get the tent up while one of us looked after our 2 year old. The staff are kind and welcoming. There are wheelbarrows provided to ferry stuff to and from the car as you cannot take your car to your pitch if on the meadow part of the site.
