This site is definitely worth visiting, it sits next to Castle Howard with views of beautiful green fields. The facilities are excellent very clean and the hairdryers in the showers are brilliant. Lovely customer service, very helpful. The edition of washing facilities are very handy and reasonable too. Ideally situated for York and the surrounding areas! What else could you ask for? We will definitely be back.

Our first outing in a new campervan. From arriving to leaving we found the site calm, quiet, and reception staff welcoming and very supportive. The view of the castle and lake is truly amazing. Highly recommended for a couple of days or a stop over.
