About the site

This family-run, rural campsite is located in the heart of the Midlands, just off the A508, with easy access to Leicester and Northampton, both within a 30 minute drive. It is also located along the Brampton Valley Way, a popular traffic-free trail for walking and cycling. A small number of 10m x 10m fully serviced family pitches are set on gravel-topped hardstandings with space for a large van, awning and car to all be on the hard base. There are also two grass electric family pitches, and the whole area shares a dedicated facility block. The rest of the pitches on the site are adult-only. Wellington View offers lovely views across the lake and out towards the countryside from its three rows of eight pitches. Pitches are fully serviced with a grass divide between them, each measuring 8m x 6m. If you enjoy fishing and lakeside views, then the Wellington Lakeside pitches are for you. Each one is extra large, measuring up to 22m x 6m and in a prime location by the lake, each with two fishing pegs included. Perfect for motorhomes are the three fully serviced pitches in Waterloo View with views of another lake, set beside the site's cabins and spacious enough to include an awning on your hardstanding pitch. The campsite is home to three fishing lakes in total - Waterloo, Wellington, and the Junior Lake. There are a range of fish in the lakes, including a variety of carp up to 25lbs+, tench, chubb and roach. Guests can also enjoy the onsite tearooms (Wednesday to Sunday) serving breakfast, snacks, fresh soup, and a traditional Sunday roast! In the evening, guests are welcome to have a BBQ, just please ensure it is raised from the ground. Please note, open fires are not permitted. Up to two dogs are welcome on all of the pitches.

Waterloo Farm Leisure is open all year round.
