Beautiful site and gorgeous views of Falmouth Bay
Large Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Beautiful site and lovely and quiet, with the exception of the sheep who woke us at 4.30am because they had overnighted outside of tents. We are farmers ourselves and whilst we have no issues with sheep or them being in close proximity, we did not appreciate the early morning wake up on our weekend away with the children. I might suggest fencing them in better in the field they are supposed to reside.

A sea view that can't be beaten
Motorhome - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 This site is about location location, location! The Seaview can't be better. The walk down to Maenporth beach was easy going and pretty.
Only downside were the sheep wandering about. Not great to come back from a walk to find the sheep have wiped themselves up the side of your van and your chairs.

Good stay
Small Tent - Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 This campsite has potential to be extremely good, some things at the moment are still under construction.
The showers are good but a little small with only hooks to put towels and clothes on so that clothes and shoes become wet when you take a shower (a bench seat would help). I prefer cubicles with wash basin, toilet and shower in one place and privacy to clean teeth etc.
Also a dog walk or field would help. The field had a lot of sheep droppings which were a bit off putting. Not sure that anything could be done about this as I know this is a working farm.
I would stay again and my review is in no way meant to be a complaint but more of an observation to help improve the site.

Camping
Backpacker Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Brilliant campsite, a little bit of a drive to Falmouth, but hey what can you do? Very busy over the weekend, possibly need more toilets and shower. Other than that, brilliant.
Cracking views to wake up to

Two minor niggles. The shower push button interval is annoyingly short, please can you increase the duration of the interval needed to reactivate the flow? Also please put up a sign to inform where the freezers are presently located. Men will not look in the entrance of the Female Toilet/Shower Block, it's the last place they would expect to find them, I am assuming they will move to the communal area as the season ramps up?
Other than that all good!

Medium Tent - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Really lovely location, great views overlooking the sea. Could camp anywhere as it was off-peak. Very clear instructions from owner. Clean toilets and sink area. Really lovely stay.
Brilliant view
VW-Type Campervan - Non Electric Grass Pitches Jun 2023 Very good. All clean and a beautiful site. I just wish the shower stayed on longer as it was hard to keep pressing when showering as the button was off to the side but that was only minor. Overall, it was brilliant.
Perfect for what we wanted

The only small downside was the showers that only stayed on for 2 seconds after you pressed the button (which we found very frustrating). For future camper's comfort, please fix this!
10/10 would stay again!
