Amazing place for everyone
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pod (Optional Four Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Jul 2024 We spent a week at Wallsend Guest House and Glamping Pods. Amazing, quiet, friendly, very clean place where everyone can find something for themselves. My son, my husband and especially our little dog 🐶 were very happy.
Glamping Pod is very well equipped inside, an additional attraction is the Hot Tub - huge, which can accommodate 4 people or a child who can even swim in it 🤣 Outside there is plenty of space to play football, tennis, ride a bike, you can even sunbathe 😎
The owners are very helpful. They served instructions in changing the water in the Hot Tub, asked if we needed fresh towels and suggested what is interesting to see around. We recommend this place to everyone, regardless of whether you want to spend your holiday as a family as a couple or solo. Everyone will find something for themselves there. Great spot
Camping Pod - Adult Only Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Hot Tub) Jul 2024 Great little spot, it is very remote.
There's a nice pub and bistro a few mins walk away other than that the nearest little shop is 4 miles away.
The pods have everything you need in them and the hot tubs are lovely once you get them going with the log burner.
Would definitely re book.

Glamping pod
Camping Pod - Adult Only Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Hot Tub) Apr 2024 The glamping pod was spot on, had an amazing weekend. Really recommend this for anyone wanting a little break away. Pub a 2 min walk down the road.

Our stay in March 2024
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Two Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Mar 2024 We had a lovely stay at Wallsend Glamping Pods.
The site was nice and quiet and the pods were lovely and clean with all essential items included.
The area is very quiet so it's definitely a place to go and relax.
Check in was easy too. Barry was great and came to meet us, he showed us around and how to use the hot tub, which was great. The hot tub was a lovely extra and is more similar to a hot bath outside, which was nice as you don't get the noise of a usual hot tub.
Overall we had a great stay and would recommend to people wanting a quiet few days away.

Amazing!
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Two Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Nov 2023 Stayed in Pickhill and had a lovely and relaxing weekend for boyfriend's birthday.
The pod was cosy, warm and clean. Enjoyed the hot tub was very relaxing and you could see all the stars, we even spotted some shooting stars!
Went for a meal at The King's Arms, which is just down the road from the pod - had an amazing meal! Ordered takeout the next night from the Garrison Bistro, next to The King's Arms, which was great! Spent the rest of the weekend at Carlisle Castle and town, which is just a short drive away from the pod.
Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary staycation
Camping Pod - Adult Only Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Hot Tub) Nov 2023 Was a lovely stay. Took a while for lodge to warm up inside but other than that, the facilities were fine. We were disappointed with the hot tub as couldn't get it hot, think going forward they should be pre-lit warming for guest's arrival.

Thank you for the feedback. The pod has under flooring heating, it is very instant and very cozy. Regarding the hot tub, if you brought to our attention at any stage of your stay, we would have provided guidance.

Fantastic stay
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Two Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Oct 2023 This pod was really clean and warm, everything was easy accessible, the local area was fantastic.
The hot tub was good once we figured out how to work it properly. the only thing I would say is if you like sleeping with two pillows, take some with you. Not sure if we could of asked for some but it was definitely needed. The pod is located about 40/60 minutes away from the Sill, which is a car park that is within a stone's throw away from Hadrian's Wall. It's close to Carlisle which has a really cool castle and military museum. The King's Arms Inn (that is 5 minutes of a walk from the pod) is friendly and warm and sells some really good food.

I'm 100% sure I gave you a basic run through regarding the hot tub, best endeavours we do for every guest on arrival. They are, by nature, a facility that you have to engage with.
We only provide two pillows (you should have asked as we would have provided two extra) and it is difficult to cover everyone's individual need. The majority of guests bring what they feel they need for a self catering stay. Also, we have additional charges for housekeeping for extra pillows to consider.

Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Two Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Aug 2023 Fantastic weekend break, the place is beautiful and very clean. Lots of places to visit and so relaxing. The dogs also had a wonderful time and very safe for them. Will definitely go again.

Gorgeous getaway weekend!!
Camping Pod - Ensuite Glamping Pods (Optional Two Person Hot Tub, Dog Friendly) Jun 2023 We stayed in the Acremire pod having travelled up late on Friday night.
Barry was extremely attentive although we missed our check in time. We were shown our pod and given instructions on how to work the hot tub. The pod was beautifully designed and once we figured out how to use the hot tub it was a lovely addition!
We would definitely recommend this for a romantic weekend away for two.
