A great place
Large Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) May 2026 First time camping and this place had everything we needed!
Very welcoming, immaculate grounds and the peacocks were an added bonus.
We will definitely be returning.

Medium Tent - Family Playground Field Non Electric Pitches (Field 4) May 2026 Great site, fabulous location and had everything we needed for our first camping trip with our children. The kids loved the playground, although it does need a little bit of repair. The facilities were good, and plenty of them. There was a family toilet/shower which was a great idea but it clearly flooded every time anyone used the shower so it was too wet to go in there. I loved the family field, which was lively during the day with lots of space for kids to play, but everyone was quiet at night…apart from the peacocks!!!
Great site we will definitely return!

An absolute gem
VW-Type Campervan - Electric Grass Touring Pitches May 2026 The campsite was in an incredible location on many walking routes. The nearest pub was only a 5 min walk away. The views from the site were amazing. A lovely clean site which I cannot fault. This would be suitable for all ages

Small Tent - Family Playground Field Non Electric Pitches (Field 4) May 2026 This campsite is amazing. Went with my youngest son who is 3 1/2. The location and views are superb. The site and facilities are excellent and very clean. For young kids the peacocks and alpacas are a great addition to spot around the site. Definitely going to book again. We were blessed with great weather but even if the weather is not on side there’s a great games room and lots to visit in the area.

Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) May 2026 A great find. This campsite was perfect. Big enough to have a range of facilities and yet small enough to be quiet. Max 25 pitches in our field. Walks from the site and Red Lion pub in the village does good food.

Motorhome - Electric Hardstanding Pitches May 2026 We absolutely loved every minute of our stay the site is immaculate from the peacocks / alpacas etc spotless showers toilets and well stocked shop games room for the kids.

Great Campsite
Small Tent - Non Electric Grass Tent Pitches (Field 1) May 2026 Can't fault Barn Farm. Set at the top of Birchover, it has lovely views and is meticulously looked after. Spacious close cut grass fields for camping, a tidy little shop, games room, fridges and freezers, clean and efficient showers and friendly site staff. Nothing more. Spot on. Will happily return.

Large Tent - Large Overflow Field Pitches (Field 2) May 2026 Went to the charity weekend over bank holiday. Lots to do for the kids, weather was glorious! Would also be nice to go when not as lively as I’m sure it’d be lovely and a different vibe again.
Incredible weekend camping and partying with friends
Medium Tent - Large Overflow Field Pitches (Field 2) May 2026 The cleanest campsite we have went stayed at. The staff worked tirelessly night and day to ensure facilities were clean and everyone had a smile on their face. The festival vibes were fantastic and met the needs of the kids and the adults. Drinks were flowing, the dancing was brilliant and everyone had a great time. We will definitely be back to visit again this summer.

Large Tent - Large Overflow Field Pitches (Field 2) May 2026 All in all was very good. Toilets could have been cleaner a bit, but considering we went in peak season, with all the people there, you'd expect some dirtiness.

Medium Tent - Family Playground Field Non Electric Pitches (Field 4) May 2026 We go every year for the bank holiday weekend. Fantastic family atmosphere with all the stalls and events they put on. Plenty of clean facilities and great location for family and dog walks. We will be back again next year.

Large Tent - Large Overflow Field Pitches (Field 2) May 2026 We stayed here for 3 nights on the bank holiday weekend and honestly couldn’t have been more impressed! Great facilities, always kept spotless and topped up with everything you need. Lovely, welcoming staff who were so happy to help with anything we needed.
As we came for the bank holiday, there was so much to do that we actually only went out for one of the days, and spent the rest enjoying the great site and brilliant entertainment / food trucks / fairground style attractions.
We are already planning our trip back!
