Trailer Tent - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)May 2026

An amazingly clean, well maintained site. Lots of facilities available, including a bath, laundry area, zip wire, mini golf course, good food and wonderful friendly staff, from those who work inside the main area, to those who work the grounds, and cleaning the accommodation. The extra activity of archery was great. Children's disco okay, but had concerns, which I have discussed with Clippesby Hall staff Lots of local activities to do around the broads, and easy to get to beaches. We won't visit again, as we always go somewhere different. We loved it , and would recommend it as a good break.

Really great! Thank you for having us

Large Tent - Serviced All Weather Pitches (Old Orchard)May 2026

Very good site. Nice and peaceful although a couple of rowdy groups having music on till quite late doing Kareoke. Lack of site staff in the evening to remedy any incidents. Facilities were really good. Clean and well kept. Didn't get to try the food at the basecamp bit overall great family holiday.

Lovely, quiet & relaxing

Motorhome - Super All Weather Pitches (The Meadow)May 2026

Lovely, quiet & out of the way. Nice walk around cycle track. Clean facilities. Friendly staff, stunning gardens. Good food, fresh ingredients. Only thing lacking was transport infrastructure as so remote, not the site's issue.

Perfect place to stay

Single Axle Caravan - Serviced All Weather Pitches (Old Orchard)May 2026

Beautiful site, Basecamp is a superb facility if only I’d have done my research I wouldn’t have needed to stock the caravan fridge I could have eaten out in luxury. I will definitely be back ☺️

Great location and team

Sprinter-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (The Heath)May 2026

My wife and I stayed here for the first time but definitely not the last time. The site is beautiful and so peaceful, good size plots and not too crowded. Everything you could need was there. We loved the base camp restaurant, especially as they will pack everything for you to go to eat back at the van, essential with our dog! The food was delicious and generous. Every member of staff we spoke to was so friendly and helpful. If there was anything that could be improved it would be site wide internet provision - it was available in the base camp but that was it. We will absolutely be back!

Large Tent - Electric Grass Pet Free Pitches (Pine Woods)May 2026

We stayed for 3 nights from last Friday, with our 2 kids. Beautiful pitch right by the toilet and shower facilities, which was so handy, we stayed on the no dogs allowed Pine area as my daughter is afraid of dogs, and we had an amazing time. Based camp was just 5 mins away with a lovely restaurant and shop in, where we could top up any little bits we needed, such as we forgot a pump for the airbeds and they had one, saving our skin. The general site was lovely and clean, lots of nice little walks dotted about and it had a great atmosphere. We did 3 nights on pitch 51 for our first camping trip with our 5 and 6 year old, and we all really enjoyed ourselves. It's also a good base for exploring around the areas as well, we visited some beaches and rented a boat out, plus visited Norwich Cathedral. Will definitely visit again.

Lovely friendly site with immaculate facilities

Single Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (The Heath)Apr 2026

The toilet block was a little disappointing due to poor signage, restrictive space in places, but otherwise, loved our stay and was just what the doctor ordered.

VW-Type Campervan - Serviced All Weather Pitches (Old Orchard)Apr 2026

Nice setting more geared to caravans and motorhomes, not campers or tents. It was ok. All the pitches were very much for caravans. We couldn't use our wind guards as the pitch was gravel. Not a lot of privacy either. The toilet block was a little too far away in my opinion, so I guess this place is more for caravans and motorhomes with facilities inside them. Everything was very clean and warm which was lovely. The restaurant was very expensive but was a nice place to sit for a drink. Playpark was good. Disappointing you couldn't take dogs inside though.

Not very good showers, dirty and cold

Single Axle Caravan - Serviced All Weather Pitches (Old Orchard)Apr 2026

Base camp staff and food amazing,. What a shame that you are let down by dirty showers and toilets. The block had no heating and was very cold. Chemical waste with taps not working, inadequate Wi-Fi and 10 amp electric unacceptable.

Lovely site

VW-Type Campervan - Super All Weather Pitches (The Meadow)Feb 2026

Hard standing pitch in the meadow was perfect, base camp was beautiful and the restaurant and staff were lovely. Showers and toilets were brilliant with hot powerful showers.Laundry facilities great too. Lovely walks nearby to the Acle Bridge pub. We took our 2 Labradors and they loved it too. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely stay again🥰🥰

Motorhome - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Dec 2025

A lovely site. Good pitch size and layout of the park. Best toilet & shower block we've seen ☺️ The 'Basecamp' bar and restaurant is excellent and well worth a visit. We will visit again in warmer weather and have a game of mini golf.

It was ok

Motorhome - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Oct 2025

The showers were cold, no heating and when we showered at 6pm the water was cold on the pitch area 119. Zip wire needs fixing, the plastic kept pinching the kids legs Some areas seems a bit run down, unless it's the time of the year.

A little gem

Twin Axle Caravan - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Sep 2025

It's a beautiful site with great facilities, easy access with our big twin axle. We had a lovely pitch on rabbits grove. The only gripe we had is that dogs aren't allowed inside base camp so we had to eat outside (covered) or take food back to our van.

Scenic site

Motorhome - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Sep 2025

Beautiful site and a lovely bar and restaurant area. The food was plentiful and delicious especially the Sunday roast! Very spacious pitches and some lovely areas to choose from. In my opinion the shower blocks could benefit from a spruce up compared to other sites we have stayed at.

Beautiful! We will come again

Single Axle Caravan - Super All Weather Pitches (The Meadow)Sep 2025

Beautiful site! We will come again. Great welcome. Fabulous service pitch, lovely surroundings. Bar and restaurant were super. Showers and toilet facilities the best I've ever seen on a site. Close to the coast but ideally situated for the Broads and so many other places to visit in Norfolk. Lovely staff. Highly recommended!

Great location and top quality amenities

Small Tent - Electric Woodland Tent Pitches (The Dell)Sep 2025

Only one fault with the entire trip - some of the pitches are far too close together. Like REALLY close.

Lovely little campsite - more for families

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pitches (Cedar Lawn)Aug 2025

Lovely camp site - reception staff were lovely and finding our spot was easy enough. If I was to go again, I'd maybe ask not to be on the side of the gravelled path as every time someone went shower/loo at night you could hear them a mile off. Not a problem if you're not a light sleeper. We were in cedars, really lovely, spacious, clean, everything you could ask for. Everyone on our field appeared to have children, which wasn't a problem for us but be mindful if you want a more peaceful break. Not sure if they do a more secluded spot. We had two dogs and it was perfect for us. We couldn't go in the base camp bar/restaurant as we had the dogs, they had a small bit outside that was for dogs but may as well sit outside tent. Really relaxed site which surprised me given the size. To be honest, I hate sites where they give you the rule book before you've even stepped in the place. It seems to be quiet after 10pm. Toilets were some of the best I've seen, especially the ones nearest base camp, looked absolutely immaculate and very luxurious. The others were not as posh but were still amazingly clean, well stocked and had all facilities, I even saw a bath in the family area. I would 100% go again, only gripes I'm really moaning about is the bin place was central, so a bit of a pain, and I was next to the gravel. No big deal really.

Good stay, but not for us!

Motorhome - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Aug 2025

Had a good stay and the booking in was very easy and well organised. The staff were great and only too willing to help. The toilets, washing and showering facilities were not adequate for the amount of people and were looking tired. The pastries order that we placed in good time, went missing and took time to be resolved.

Excellent family campsite

Medium Tent - Electric Grass Pet Free Pitches (Pine Woods)Aug 2025

We booked for a week and only left the campsite once in that period to find a pool (in Yarmouth)! We stayed in Pinewoods on a large pitch with lots of other families around us for our son to play with. He said the crazy golf, zip line and bike trail were his favourite bits. This site was brilliant and we'd highly recommend. The only downside was there was no pool, but you can't have everything!

VW-Type Campervan - Fully Serviced All Weather Pitches (Rabbits Grove)Aug 2025

The toilet block was not the best for size. Some of the shower cubicles were very small and felt a bit claustrophobic. However, the cleaners turned up regularly and I cannot fault the cleanliness of the facilities. We plan to return with other family members later on in the year or at the beginning of next. As there seemed to be something for every age group.
